Iowa gave Bloomberg a great talking point.

Bloomberg built an empire based on gathering complex financial information from around the world and reporting it instantly and accurately.

70 years later and Will Rogers is still right.

"I am not a member of any organized political party. I am a Democrat."

What time does the Iowa caucus end?

5:30 am - watching Michael Moore speech for Bernie. a very good

And effective speech. Passionate, persuasive, and entertaining.

Who would be interested in starting a ham radio group?

Florida Man strikes again.

Mistakenly inserting a fuel nozzle into a fishing pole slot, a Florida man pumped $60 worth of gasoline onto the deck of his boat and the ground of a gas station, fire rescue officials said.

are the 2 articles of impeachment voted on separately or together?

I know it won't happen, but maybe the Senate is more likely to convict on obstruction of Congress. Maybe the senators will be more interested in protecting their own power of oversight then they are in protecting trump. I know it's a fantasy, but just maybe....

maybe Warren was referring to the "30 years - 1990" exchange

When she told Bernie "you called me a liar". She was momentarily confused during that exchange and perhaps that's what prompted her to say what she did.

Is it possible that Bernie and Liz remember the conversation differently and that both honestly

believe they are right? After 18 years of marriage I can confirm that such things do happen.

My theory;
Bernie said, or thought he was saying, that it would be more difficult for a woman to beat trump (because trump is the most effective demagogue in U.S history).
Warren heard, or thought she heard, Bernie say that a woman could not be elected president.
Perhaps Bernie's language was, inadvertently, unclear.
Perhaps Warren misunderstood the point Bernie was trying to make.

Bernie and Liz, and their supporters, should do the same thing me and my wife do in such circumstances;
Remember all that you have in common and all that you want to accomplish together. Do not let petty squabbles blind you to what is really important.

Bloomberg seriously thought about running as an independent in 2016

After a lot of analysis he determined that it was impossible for a third party/independent to win the electoral college. Bloomberg is not a man who would run unless he had a realistic chance of winning. Bloomberg is a smart and experienced politician with unlimited money. if Biden should stumble and there is no other choice other then Warren or Sanders then Bloomberg has a chance.

In a side note; I have always thought If Bloomberg had run as an independent in 2016 it's possible that he might have won a slight plurality of the popular vote [eg.: Bloomberg - 35%, HRC - 34%, trump - 31%.] But the result would be no one wins the electoral college, so the Repub controlled House of Representatives chooses the prez. Then we would have a president who finished third in the popular vote.
