I liked all the choices for TV shows , but I was really happy to see The Affair get awards and the girl who plays the maid,Anna on Downton Abbey.

I mostly just browse and don't store much photos or videos.
Question. Garner
Did the first policeman who confronted Garner see him selling cigs? Is that how it started?
Or did he confront him because store owners complained that he was hanging around to sell cigs and they were losing business. I heard that said on TV.
I know Garner had a history of being arrested before for selling,but I don't know if he was actually seen making a sale minutes before that tape starts.
I also heard that minutes before Garner had helped break up a fight and that is why so many police were around.
