According to Comey, the year-long investigation of 55,000 Hillary emails did not reveal a single email clearly marked classified. Only three — just three — of Hillary’s emails “bore markings indicating the presence of classified information.” “Bore markings” is not the same thing as “marked classified.” In his July 7 testimony before Congress, Comey said that those markings were simply a (c) somewhere in the body of the email and nothing in the header or subject line. He further stated that they were improperly marked and that it was reasonable for Hillary to assume they were not classified.
Additionally, two of those emails are now known to have been mismarked as a result of “human error.” They did not contain classified information.
Here’s what those two emails were about:

Absent that pair of emails, Hillary’s opponents are left with this, from Comey’s statement: “110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received.”
Let’s break that down. 110 out of 55,000 emails are said to have contained classified information. That’s just 0.2 percent of her emails. Crucially, these emails were not marked classified. And there is absolutely no indication or accusation that classified markings were concealed or removed.

The GOP's endless use of inquisitions as political hit squads & to intimidate Government employees
in the performance of their duties - is a threat to our Democracy. Anybody interested in standing up for rational, responsible, democraticly elected government should contact their Senators and Representatives to register your outrage at the Republican party's use of totalitarian tactics in the furtherance of the plutocracy they are prostitutes for.

Since everyone is going bonkers over the fact that Hillary Clinton sent and received some emails containing classified information, here's a quick reminder that we've known this for a long time. We've also known just what that classified information was. Here is Fred Kaplan:
If you choose to believe that top secret is top secret, and it doesn't matter if the classification was ridiculous, that's fine. Knock yourself out. The rest of us can examine Emailgate in a real-world sense and try to decide if Hillary Clinton actually did anything that might have compromised national security. The answer, pretty clearly, is no. We've seen virtually all the emails. We know what the top secret emails were about. We know that Russia could have hacked into her server and read every word and learned nothing of interest.

GOP to investigate FBI investigation, proving th GOP is only capable of Inquisitions & are devoid of
... any interest in legislation or government for the people (i.e those who are not among the richest few %). The real reason for the 25 yr war on the Clintons is that the Clintons represent the most clear and present threat to the GOP's furtherance of Plutocracy for their owners, the wealthiest few percent of the population. The Grifters Obstructors and Prostitutes party are at war with Democracy and any policies that hints of the promotion of an egalitarian society.
The GOP which constantly chants opposition to "Big Government" are masters in the use of government power against those on their "hit" list.

Republicans will hold hearings to learn more about the FBI's decision to not recommend criminal charges for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said Tuesday night.
