Guilded Lilly's Journal'What would constitute an Electoral College "December surprise "?'

...."Until we have a transparent system based on universal automatic voter registration, hand counted paper ballots, mandatory audited recounts, and more, we have nothing resembling a democracy.
What we DO have in 2016 is this: Donald Trump lost the popular vote by nearly three million votes but is apparently leading in the Electoral College with official victories in five states (Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida) where he lost in the exit polls. Those vote counts were not contested by Hillary Clinton, and green recount attempts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania were stymied.
Those wanting someone other than Donald Trump to become president must now persuade some 37 electors from states officially won by Trump to not vote for him. They must either switch those votes to Hillary Clinton or produce at least one electoral vote for a third candidate who would then be selected in the House of Representatives by a majority of the state delegations.
Such a December Surprise has never happened in US history. It would appear to be a Constitutional possibility. But the only certainty at this point seems to be that the clock is ticking.
Stay tuned."

I know, I know, I KNOW...but I cannot let go of a miracle happening. Not yet.
Just got in and viewed some clips from the debate and
once again, predicable Trump was attempting to harass and threaten Hillary. This election is allll about gender. From his cowardly pre-debate bullshit press conference attempting (but failing) to play with her psyche, to physically looming behind her like a constipated walrus with nasal malfunctions...this was pure "big bad oafish male animal staging a thuggish power play over small submissive female". Only she isn't submissive. She is smarter, classier, more qualified, more mature, proufoundly more experienced, vastly more knowledgeable and isn't one damned bit afraid of his sniffing ignorance. And it scares him shitless.
He has no strength. He is a "yuge" suit full of hot bloated air.
It was one gigantic, whining, bloviating fail.
It most likely makes no difference what basically happens at any of these debates. Minds have been made up and frankly anyone undecided at this point is decidedly candy assed. The differences are night and day.
These preciously televised meetings are for pure media ratings drama, circus appeal and little else.
She will hit him hard and where it hurts, at the polls. And he will be humiliatingly "fired" and the ultimate loser in front of a laughing world.
VOTE. And drive like minded friends to VOTE.

Somewhat flabbergasted, but not totally surprised at how The Stupid abounds.

Anticipating debate, Trump says he thinks system rigged - The Washington Post
http://apple.news/AOx5GGlANRQKIYokz0VS7aw|NEW YORK A week before the first presidential debate, Donald Trump is putting moderators on notice that hell be watching to see if they get too rough on him.
In a series of interviews over the past week, the Republican nominee has asserted that the system is being rigged against him. The first of three scheduled debates between Trump and Hillary Clinton will be held on Sept. 26, with NBCs Lester Holt as the journalist questioning the candidates.
I think its terrible, Trump told Fox News Channel over the weekend. They want the host to go after Trump.

Whiny, bloviating child.
