Good News about Hurricane Lane: No Inuries or deaths so far: New York Times:

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/25/us/hawaii-hurricane-lane-tropical-storm.html

By Mihir Zaveri and Meghan Miner Murray
Aug. 25, 2018..(no time given)

Ms. Wooten said no injuries or deaths had been reported so far. from Paragraph 4..

Tropical Storm Lane drenched parts of Hawaii with about four feet of rain as it crept past the state on Saturday, causing flash floods and prompting evacuations even as it dissipated over the islands’ rugged slopes.

The storm had weakened over several days from a Category 5 storm, now with maximum winds now reaching up to 60 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service. But its plodding pace — just 3 m.p.h. — prolonged the rains. Some 46 inches fell on the eastern side of the Island of Hawaii, where landslides shut down roads and search-and-rescue efforts were underway. Flash flood warnings were still in effect on Saturday morning.

Kelly Wooten, a spokeswoman for the Hawaii County Civil Defense, which has been coordinating the emergency response in hard-hit areas on Hawaii Island, said the agency had not yet been able to assess the damage from the storm. She said police, fire and other departments were working to keep people off the roads, as some areas were still under water.

Ms. Wooten said no injuries or deaths had been reported so far. The county would be clearing debris and opening closed roads over the next few days, she added, as it recovered from a series of landslides.

It just occured to me, why Trump never apologizes for anything..

...Just to explain why this came up to me. In discussing John McCain, I was wondering if Trump ever apologized for the mean things he said about him in the past. Then, I was wondering if Trump ever apologized for the mean things he said to the father who lost his son in war. That father gave a speech at the Democratic Convention, and afterwards Trump went after him and his wife..

The answer is "No" Trump never apologized for either event. Why not?..Then it occurred to me the answer.

... If he never apologizes publically for anything, he never has to admit doing anything wrong. If there is no public record of his apologies, then there is no public record of him doing something wrong, and he can argue forever, "I did nothing wrong."

No public apologies and Trump can argue that he did nothing wrong..

......Of course, the whole idea is lie, but that is what he always does.

Now in his businesses, the bankruptcies and divorces. Well that is done and gone according to Trump. He is not going to talk about them. Those are private matters.
________________________________________________________________________________________

I think that is the reason he never apologizes for anything. Fairly simple Because of the above, he can then accuse the accuser of "lying" and not getting all the facts.. Then he attacks the accuser, instead of having to defend himself. And that is also what Trump seems to be doing. Trump is always attacking someone...(Today's attack...back to Hillary's emails.)

Mr. Mueller will get him.

Mr. Mueller and his team have experience and knowledge in every area of crime that relates to Trump and his gang. Mueller is not new in getting crooks and criminals. He has a lifetime of getting them. His team is designed to get him. It may take time, but in the end, I believe strongly that Mr. Mueller will get him.

August 24, 2018

Trump has weaseled his way out in the past..Not this time.

How?....here is how he got away in the past:

1. bankruptcy
2. divorce
3. lies..
4. buying off people or situations.
5. evasive behavior that times the person out,.. like not paying a bill, and forcing the creditor to go to court..The creditor (who Trump owes money to) is forced to goes to court, hires a lawyer, then Trump asks for one continuance after another to stall the creditor out.
6. hiding money in places that are "untouchable" places.
7. whatever he, his lawyers, his crowd and family could think of...

Not This Time
_____________________________________________________________________________

Trump and his family are going down. No escaping this one. Mueller and his team have the experience and knowledge to get them. And as has been pointed out, he and his team are going after Trump and the gang, in a systematic and calculated way that will get him and his family. We all see it:. getting one, then getting that one to pled, to testify and so on. Trump can call it anyway he wants.. Witch Hunt, Unfair Prosecution, whatever.

Mueller has done this before: that is he gone after bad guys this way. And Trump and his gang are going down. It will take some more time, but they are going down hard. All of them.

August 23, 2018

Trump claims he's innocent, no collusion, done nothing wrong, "Witch Hunt. We will find out!

A...A fact I think is certain: "If he is indeed innocent, that will be seen by all of us in the next several months"

B..2nd fact about this:...."If he appears guilty of a crime, (and there is sufficient evidence) he will be charged and it will be proven that he is guilty or not guilty as charged...and the truth will be seen by all over time It may take very long if there is a trial, and if Trump stalls the trial, or interferes in the investigation. (or whatever scenario that one could imagine)

C...A 3rd fact about this:...There may be some situation, (I don't know what it could be,) that neither A or B will happen... That the Constitutional Crisis continues indefinitely with no clear conclusion, neither A or B. It could go on for years. Will that happen? Certainly Mueller does not want that. Perhaps the Republican Congress wants that. The Democrats do not want that. Does Trump want that? Do those who have already been proven guilty want that? Except for Trump and his family, do his supporters want that? Is an inconclusive situation best for our country?...NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT.

What will happen? A lot is up to Trump. If he wants a quick conclusion. It will happen. If he wants the opposite.? He could do a great deal to keep this going on a very long time...That is true, even if it is not best for our country. Why? He doesn't seem to give a damn about the U.S.A. He seems to care only about one person, himself.

10 of the ickiest allegations in the Ducan Hunter indictment: Washington Post:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2018/08/22/ickiest-allegations-duncan-hunter-indictment/?utm_term=.46ec858d87f9

____________________________________________________________________________________
The allegations against Rep. Duncan D. Hunter (R-Calif.), one of President Trump’s first congressional supporters and the second of Trump’s first supporters to be indicted this month, read like a caricature of a corrupt, greedy politician.

Federal prosecutors allege that he and his wife stole $250,000 in campaign funds to do things like take their family to Italy (and buy a three-piece luggage set for it), buy their kids' school lunches, treat family and friends to hotel rooms and wine and golf, and fly a family member’s pet to Washington, D.C., for vacation.

All the while, the 47-page indictment unsealed Tuesday alleges, their own personal family accounts were either very low or overdrawn. The extremely detailed allegations paint the picture of a member of Congress raising money from donors and boldly using it for himself and his family. At one point, prosecutors allege Hunter told his campaign treasurer that the rules preventing exactly such a scenario were “silly.”

What’s perhaps most galling in the indictment is how the Hunters are alleged to have covered up their purchases: often, by claiming they were for charities, such as veterans' organizations. Hunter is a Marine Corps veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Here are 10 of the most stunning allegations from the indictment that give politicians a bad name:

1. When Hunter and his wife chatted with each other about how they were able to get cash from the campaign to spend on daily life, they allegedly said “it was great.”

2. Margaret Hunter allegedly spent $200 on tennis shoes at Dick’s Sporting Goods, which she then claimed as being for an annual dove hunting event for wounded warriors.

An important fact about Hawaii

Fact A..***Hawaii was admitted as the 50th state on August 21, 1959

Yes..it is lots of islands
Yes..it is about 2500 miles West, South West, of Los Angeles
Yes..It is different than other states
Yes..I've been told it is one of the most beautiful places on earth (I have never been there)
Yes..the geography is different than other states
Yes..the history of Hawaii is different than other states.

But wait....look at Fact A..*** again....

......Fact A..***Hawaii was admitted as the 50th state on August 21, 1959

No matter what we may think, or recall from the "old days"...this place Hawaii, is as much a part of the United States of America as Texas or New York..(take your pick, city or state) or Florida, or Alabama or the rest of the United States of America..........

Additional thought and apology....This is not meant to be mean, sarcastic, rude or ridiculous in any way. I am speaking for me. Sometimes I think this place is so far away that it isn't part of the USA. I am sorry if this was taken as satire or mean..It is sometimes a thought that Hawaii is so far away that it a different country..It is not, it is us/and we.

Yes, there are many idiots out there that think Trump is innocent...Here is a fact to consider:

At the time that Richard Nixon resigned from the office of President of the United States on August 9, 1974, he had an approval rate of 27 percent. That is a little more than one in four still approved of that crook who resigned from office.

Yes, Nixon was in charge of an evil cabal, many who went to jail, for different crimes. but at that moment,
....one in four still approved and wanted him to remain..................

...........Therefore, as Trumps numbers go down to 30 percent, and less, please understand, there will be some who will always approve of Mr.Trump/crook.. Why? that is who they are...So, you don't think that is true? Look up Nixon's last approval before he resigned. That is what you will find. I didn't believe it either..

August 21, 2018

Do You Think Trump would turn on someone to save himself some.."jail time" ?

What would Trump do to help himself out of an awful situation?

It seems to me, if one has to really answer this, then that person does not know much about Trump.
So if Trump's lawyer, does what Trump would certainly do, is there something wrong with that?
