Neoliberalism in a nutshell:
Deregulation
Privatization
Anti-democratic in that politics are based on $ rather than votes
Maximized profits for the few over maximized utility for society
Globalization
Labor arbitrage and loss of power by labor
Upward redistribution of wealth, income, and political power.
State and corporate violence to spread and maintain the status quo of neoliberal policy.
Unfortunately in the USA, the leadership of both Democratic Party and GOP are are dominated by neoliberals.
Think Friedman.

I have never alerted at DU3 but would occasionally at DU2 because of the crazy or blatant disinfo.
The stated plans at DU3 are to be transparent about about alerts and successful alerts by poster in the future.
Jury calls at DU3 seem to be either obvious or mind pretzels, have no shame in dropping out of a jury. I don't.
I would like to see a comprehensive real-time site meter at DU3.
Posting rate and breadth seem to have diminished in the change-over.
I think I like the new format except miss the old greatest page with likes to other sources and so on.
The new portal pages need much work IMO.
