I walked out to throw a beer can in my garbage. The house next door had this bell ringing sound emanating.
Strange thing, sounded like a cell phone, but the bell actually sounded real, almost mechanical.
Yes it is a distraction - but damn it media do your friggen job, make them define "COST"
We don't need you fluff, make them define cost. Because you want to know the slime ball tRump administrations definition.
1. The cost of renovations to support security and comfort for world leaders
a. Upgrades to rooms
b. Upgrade to infrastructure including internet, electrical, plumbing
c. perimeter fencing/entry renovations
d. golf course and ground renovations due to construction impact on surrounding areas.
And many others and then the kicker
2. They will fully burden all costs for the summit and charge the US taxpayers. So the millions of upgrades will then be burdened across the rentals. So every fucking penny spent, that will be depreciated over years, will be charged for room/facilities for the week of the summit.
Everyone - Especially Congress - Needs to pause - Take a deep breath - and ponder what just happened
