The ball made by Bill Sarris, of Sarris Candies in Washington, Pa., to poke fun at the latest NFL scandal was sold to a Ford auto dealer Friday morning. The Dollar Energy Fund said the money will assist 65 families to pay their utility bills.

Oh, I hope so.

There have been articles in the local papers (PA) about slow-downs, etc. for some time now.

"Experts say that's because of several factors - but the biggest by far is a steep plunge in the price that natural gas was getting on the open market, in part a result of so much fracking here and elsewhere."
