Given the frequency with which that Dorito-haired Gropin-Fuehrer

sends mindless tweets, insults, and makes laughable demands, I have a suggestion for DU.

Could we had a new group, separate and apart group to subscribe to, one that is solely dedicated to gathering, reproducing, compiling, then parsing each one of his tweets? Keeping a recent hysterical record of all of his tweetershyte?

We could call it Trumpenstein Tweeterville, Trump Tweets, TrumpWEETS, T-Rump T-Wheat. Or whatever.

We have the people, we have the interest, and think of what a powerful resource it could be not just for us, but for the MSM. And think of the historical impotance!


Truth be said, I would like that to be created here for a couple of reasons.

1. I REFUSE to tweet, much less sign up for that maniac's tweets.
2. Having a daily log of his twittiness would amuse and entertain millions of folks, even those college grads who surprised their parents by moving BACK after graduation.
3. It would immediately be a use-fool database. About as base as he, and far more informative.
4. I would salivate at the thought of some of the really talented folk here expressing themeselves as a response to Agent Orange's tweets.
5. Collecting all his tweets may break the inter-tubes, but think of the fun!

The real reason Gropin-Fuehrer ran for president

It's all the perks, but especially the Oval Office. Cuz the chase of a pussy, round and round, is almost as much fun as catching them. Oh, and he will demand that all embassy and consulate people from abroad HAVE to be babes and young, otherwise no audience. One wonders, will he use the secret service to search the babes in front of him? And I mean every orfice.

As much as Teh Donald turns my stomach, I must admit I love how several GOP pols and most of the conservative Christian movement are twisting themselves into salted pretzels trying to man-splain how they can still support that sexual predator. (Wait, just wait. Here it comes: Ben Ghazi. Bill Clinton. John Podesta. Email. And Trump is a great businessman. And why is the media ignoring all of Obama's sexual dalliances? Talk about double standards!)

I love salted pretzels. Better than popcorn.

Is it true that terrorists are buying up Galaxy 7 phones

Is it true that even Trump's kids have signed strict non-disclosure agreements? "By agreeing to be my daughter, you must promise to always agree with me. Or else."

Has Jerry Falwell finally taken rabid conservative Christianity too far, with his unbridled support for the cheetoh monster?

Infrastructure, investments, and the candidates

On several occasions, seemingly ignored by the MSM, Hillary has promised that water systems, sewers, power lines, rail, city transport (buses, light rail, other possibilities) airports, highways and bridges are in serious need of upgrades, modernization, and investment. The result job boom and improved functioning would benefit everyone.

To contrast, Teh Donald responded, "Pubic transportation? Only if they are hot. No flat chested ones allowed."

I've noticed new behavior in public places.

I meet a lot of people in my job, I am in courts frequently, elevators, halls, court rooms, law offices, etc.

People are going out of their way to be nice to one another. Regardless of color, sex, socio-economic standing, age, it seems that Trump has brought out the best in people. Lots of "please," "hellos" to complete strangers, and more. Cops are engaging in conversation, total strangers are making eye contact and talking to one another.

The more vile and outlandish that Trump becomes, the more people seem to be making a clear choice and effort to reject his behavior, and is seems like no one has any problem in actively being nice.

I don't know about your nape of the forest, but this is Chicago-land. While we have always been good to strangers and tourists, there is a marked change in people's behavior. I once heard a furriner from New Jersey describe Chicago as having people almost as cold as our winters.

Has anyone else noticed a change? Excepting the trumpenstein activists, of course.

If Mike Pence was smart . . .

Ok, bad start.

However, if Mike Pence was smart, he would hold a newser today, in advance of the Sunday morning shows, and tell the world:

"I admit that I was honored to be considered and selected as the vice presidential nominee. I would have loved to serve my country, my countrymen and women, and my God. However, there are certain things that take on a far greater importance than simply giving my a chance to hold the vice presidency position. With deep regret, I must announce that it is ethically impossible for me to continue in the role of Mr. Trump's vice president. His comments, his behavior, and his long history of sexist and racist actions and statements are incompatible with my views of what America is. If I continued to run, I would be betraying my faith, my promises to my wife, and to the very standards by which I measure myself and which guide my actions. I hereby resign from the vice presidential nomination, and vow to prevent a disgusting and vile person such as Donald Strump from ever setting foot inside the Offal Office. God bless you and god bless America."

If he was smart.

That one move would destroy whatever chances trump had left, it would paint Pence as an ethical, moral man who actually had standards, and it would catapult him to the top of the list to replace Trump should the RNC figure out a way to remove a Teh Donald. (The reality that is Pence is actually as bad as his campaign partner. Trump has the excuse of not being a pol. P nice has a history as a pol of horrific decisions and political positions.)

If he was smart.

Luckily, this is Mike Pence we are talking about. And therefore, it won't happen.

In my yute, I routinely subscribed to the Nation, New Republic, Foreign Affairs and National Review. But both NRs became unreadable over time. Still, it pays to see what the enema is doing to our country. Now it is Economist, Nation, Mother Jones and a bunch of science journals.

Well, I will be curious to see how they deal with the Fart of the Deal.

Kankakee, Illinois Voter Fraud - Please do your duty!

Gov. Rauner's goons are pushing a meme that folks from Chicago (you could almost hear the N....... in their description) are invading Kankakee and bribing voters with gifts to vote for Hillary, Tammy Duckworh (against Capt. Kirk and his GOP driven senatorial enterprise) and state rep Kate Clooney who is in a tight race with republican Lindsay Parkhurst.

Various democratic leaders responded that local officials such as county clerks, sheriffs and the local states atty office (all GOP) were harassing voters and interfering with democrats' attempts to register and vote.

The Illinois GOP has created a hotline to report democratic voter fraud. So, if you see any person of color, any LGBT person voting, or anyone who looks like a Democrat or worse, a liberal or an atheist voting, please call their hotline:
