Major lawsuit against TSA - and related information

You can read about the major lawsuit filed against the TSA at this URL:

http://epic.org/privacy/body_scanners/epic_v_dhs_suspension_of_body.html

"Experts" that testify before Congress on behalf of TSA state that the radiation emitted by the TSA scanning machinery is totally safe. But the studies they use do not have any relationship to what happens to our skin when it is impacted by these radiation-relaeasing measures. Meanwhile the head of radiology at Jons Hopkins states that his department did research that TSA's scanning machinery is NOT SAFE. (But of course, the TSA people spin this to say the EXACT OPPOSITE. This reminds me of what the people of California had to deal with regarding the terrible gas additive MTBE.)

Meanwhile, a Mr Schneier is saying that there are five hundred deaths a year caused by the fact that so many Americans will simply not fly any more, so they travel long distances by car and end up in car crashes. The programs established by TSA also cost the consumer some ten billion dollars in lost time as they wait at the airports. And this cost is in addition to the ten billion dollars that government uses to fund the TSA programs.

What is wrong with this list of people -

Last week, the Obama Administration let out the dogs of war against the largest Medical Marijuana Clinic in the state of California. the state of California has had a decent medical marijuana policy for over ten years. (I think it goes back to 1997.)

However, the DOJ, the IRS, and the DEA all went into Oakland last week and shut down the Oaksterdam facility. Among other matters, for the clinic to continue to operate, it could declare as tax deductions ONLY the cost of the product,t hat is, the medical marijuana itself. The business could not deduct normal business expenses such as rent, depreciation or cost of office equipment, utilities or even employee deductions.

But here is the real kicker - this comprehensive list of people who have all admitted to smoking the ganga including current day Presidential candidates. And some people who are assumed to have been smokers.

Presidential Candidates Formerly Known As Pot Smokers

Barack Obama

Newt Gingrich

Rick Santorum

Guidance and Discussion and Information about this YouTube

Are needed.

For one thing, when did Lord Blackheath say these things? I can tell when it was posted on Youtube, but when was this speech actually made?

And has this been followed by any one in the media. Like The Guardian? It is something that would be right up Greg Palast's alley.

Today I was asked to be part of a jury and I declined.

Someone called out (in a general way) against trolls, and someone else answered back in a bit of a snarky way.

The only thing is, I have never really noticed either of the two people involved. I felt like I was being asked to get involved in a family fight. The two of them probably have a history of each one of them picking on the other over disagreements.

But since I don't know that back story, of what the two of them had said to each other yesterday, or the day before, I don't know what to decide... How can I decide?

Jes saying.

And any advice anyone can offer would be appreciated.

About truedelphi

I joined DU following the election melt down that produced the second George the Lesser Term of Office. I am outraged by war, by out-sourcing of jobs, by Corporate control of both parties, and enheartened by my fellow citizens who are bravely part of "Occupy!"
