FEC Discloses Donald Trump's Full Net Worth In 92 Page Report

Real estate mogul Donald Trump has recently filed a personal financial disclosure for the Federal Election Commission, according to a report from The Guardian. This is the last step required for him to join the Republican presidential debate this Aug. 6. Immediately after, his campaign ad stated that his net worth is over $10 billion.

According to the report, this is well over the total net worth of 2012 GOP candidate Mitt Romney who was subsequently attacked for his excessive wealth during his presidential run. Despite Trump nearly repeating everything that troubled Romney, he has been rising in the national polls.

Trump isn't trying to hide it. According to Business Insider, immediately after he announced his intention to run for president, he stated, "I'm really rich. That's the kind of thinking you need for this country. Because you've got to make the country rich. It sounds crass ... It's not crass."

With regard to the FEC reports, Trump argued that these reports were "not designed for a man of Mr Trump's massive wealth."

Large Section Of I-10 Collapses Outside Palm Springs, CA

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. — A bridge collapse in Southern California late Sunday afternoon forced the indefinite closure of Interstate 10 — the main roadway between Southern California and Phoenix. The collapse also injured one person and stranded hundreds of motorists.

A truck was headed east on I-10 when the Tex Wash bridge crumpled around 4:45 p.m. PT. Bystanders used straps from their cars to tie the truck to a guardrail to prevent it from washing away in the running water.

A passenger in the truck was able to get out, but the driver had to be rescued. Firefighters went into rapidly rising water to pull the driver out by 7 p.m.

The motorist had moderate injuries.

Dumb Criminals: Buffalo, NY Man Attempts To Steal Hearse During Father's Funeral

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — For one local son, a funeral which took a wrong turn was hardly a fitting farewell to his father.

Joe Brown of South Buffalo was carrying the casket with his father’s remains to the steps of the church after his funeral Wednesday morning, when the funeral director stopped the pallbearers in their tracks, and notified them that the hearse was gone.

“It’s disgusting,” said Brown, who can’t believe that the last memory he’ll have of his father’s farewell is one of disrespect.

The family had to wait an extra 30 minutes at the church for another hearse to arrive. The Cadillac hearse was rented out by Mertz & Sons Funeral Home on Englewood Avenue in the Town of Tonawanda. Funeral Director, James Mertz said he was appalled at the theft.

“We are deeply saddened that while serving the Brown family, a crime was committed beyond our control,” he said.

The hearse was stolen late Wednesday morning from Washington Street, while a funeral was taking place inside St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, so the remains of Brown’s father was inside the church.

Dumb Criminals: Tennessee Woman Prints Own Money, Then Claims Obama Made It Legal

In a case of “It was on the Internet so it must be true,” a Tennessee woman was arrested for trying to use counterfeit money, explaining to police that she read online that President Barack Obama had passed a law making it legal, reports the Times News.

Pamela Downs, 45, of Kingsport was arrested on Sunday after giving a clerk at gas station a $5 bill which he suspected might be counterfeit.

A police officer dispatched to the gas station wrote in his report that the fake money appeared to have been printed on a home printer with the two sides glued together.

Downs initially explained to the officer that she had received the fake money at another gas station in nearby Bristol a few days earlier and had never really looked at it.

After agreeing to have her purse searched, police discovered a fake $100 bill printed in black and white with the backside glued on upside down. Police also found receipts in her purse showing she had purchased a printer and copy paper at a local Walmart.

Miss Universe Pageant Loses 4 Million Viewers After Trump Comments

The Miss USA Pageant lost about 4 million viewers this year after NBC dropped it and cable channel Reelz picked it up as a result of comments the competition's part-owner, Donald Trump, made about Mexican immigration.

According to Variety, 925,000 people tuned into the Miss USA Pageant during its first airing at 8 p.m. ET Sunday on Reelz. A second airing at 11 p.m. ET attracted 248,000 more viewers to the program for a total night's viewers of 1.27 million.

A good night for Reelz (which averages 103,000 viewers on Sundays during the summer), the number is a big drop for the pageant compared to its NBC days.

Last year's Miss USA was watched by 5.6 million viewers on NBC. So, the pageant dropped more than four million viewers year-over-year.

The whole ordeal began when Trump made offensive comments regarding Mexican immigration and immigrants during his speech announcing his candidacy for president. Univision, a member of NBCUniversal, then canceled its agreement to air Miss USA. NBC would later follow.

Really Dumb Criminals: Utah Teens Live Streamed Break In Of Ice Cream Truck

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ... livestreams?

Two Utah teens face vehicle burglary and theft charges after authorities say they broke into a truck and stole tubs of ice cream — all while broadcasting their escapades online.

Police said a West Weber resident called sheriff's deputies Sunday night to report seeing the boys ransacking the truck's refrigerated trailer on the Twitter app Periscope.

"It was a pretty bizarre case for us," Weber County Sheriff's Office Lt. Lane Findlay told NBC News. "First time we've dealt with a crime that was broadcast over Periscope."

Using the information from the caller, deputies were able to track down the creator of the video to a 16-year-old who lived in the neighborhood, Findlay said.

Dumb Criminals: Lebowski Fest Founder Caught Smoking Weed In Bowling Alley

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - The man behind Why Louisville, Lebowski Fest and Funtown Mountain has been arrested.

Will Russell, 39, was booked into Metro Corrections Saturday night on charges of possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and menacing.

According to the official arrest report, Russell was arrested at the Executive Strike and Spare Family Fun Center, located at 911 Phillips Lane, which is where this year's Lebowski Fest was taking place.

Authorities say police responded to the scene and found Russell "not acting normal," according to the official police report.

Police say Russell was found smoking marijuana in the parking lot of the center along with a co-defendant. Officials say a search revealed that Russell was in possession of additional marijuana.
