applegrove's JournalIn regards to dynamic scoring the republicans want at the Congressional
Budget Office, my understanding of 'dynamic reasoning' is that you have to study the past in order to come up with processes into the future. So where is the past example of trickle down economics actually working GOPers? Because one cannot call it dynamic, or make certain assumptions, if it ignores the past track record.

The Koch Party is not as large as the Democrats or the Republicans, but is still unprecedented in size, scope and reach. Like other political parties, it has a platform, donors and constituents, electoral and advertising strategies, voter data, andafter the 2014 midtermsmembers of Congress ready to shepherd its pro-corporate, anti-regulatory agenda.
But unlike the Democrats and Republicans, the Koch Party is not public. It doesnt have national political conventions attended by the media and delegates. Instead it has secretive getaways for mega-millionaires and billionaires in posh gated resorts where the public and press are neither invited nor allowed.
If you want to see how super-wealthy citizens and private corporations are using private money and secretive tactics to gain and consolidate their power and influence, pushing agendas that often prey on middle- and working-class Americanslook no further. Here are nine hallmarks of the Koch Party.
1. Americas third-biggest political operation: Last June, the Washington Post compared the number of employees at Americans for Prosperity, the best-known Koch-funded group, to the Democratic and Republican Parties. The Post noted that AFP had 240 employees in 32 states, compared to 250 field staffers for Republicans (and another 150 at the GOPs national headquarters), while the Democrats said they would have 4,000 campaign staffers nationwide. It turns out that the Post vastly underestimated AFPs size; Politico.com recently reported that AFO had 550 paid staff and spent $130 million in 2014.

When issues pretty much settled in the democratic party, like women's rights or
being against racism suddenly erupt into mayhem and hate talk...there is likely more than one paid troll behind it purposefully making the DU an unpleasant place for women and men, and all. To think the GOP does not care about the DU or democratic presence online is silly.
There was an article on cults at Business
Insider a few months back. Ive gone back to look for it but cant find it. It said basically that cult followers have their aspirations and grievances met by the cult leader.
Here is my take: for sure Germans were all upset they lost WWI and then faced inflation. So they were vulnerable to these grievances. And then Hitler comes along and fulfills all their dreams of power. So people who were losers became instant winners and very powerful when they joined the Nazis. They suddenly felt self actualized. Theirs lives had meaning so long as they bought into Hitler. And if they ever were to think that Hitler was bad, then they would have to admit they were chumps. People who signed onto the nazi way were told they were exceptionally smart or exceptionally powerful or exceptionally virtuous. These were secret adolescent daydreams of the people fulfilled. And given the lifestyle of a star and constant feedback. And their egos grew and they scapegoated all those who didn't sign on. And those that didn't join the cult were considered exceptionally wak and stupid and evil. And the cult followers were given jobs based on loyalty not qualifications, while jobs were taken away from those who did not adequately revere Hitler. And who, who has a very important dream role in their country, wants to go back to being a loser/chump and unemployed if they acknowledge to themselves that the jews were being scapegoated and their power and prestige was all a sham? The choice ends up being a black or white one. The shades of grey in Germany were all gone pretty soon.
