Who do you think Bernie would vote for?

Do you think if he lost the primaries he would say, "I'm not voting for Hillary because I stand by my "principles"

Fuck NO. The man would stand with the Democrats. He wouldn't go on this ego trip of taking his vote away on a platform because things aren't the way he demands them to be! No matter what we are all being granted the good fortune of learning from him and have him spread a new way of looking at things to the masses.

Don't you think that alone will cause whoever is president to behave differently?

Or would you rather have Trump because your principles are more ego than anything else? And in the meantime all your fighting is just hurting the Democratic cause. I understand that people's emotions are running very high but that is no excuse for bad behavior.

I will vote for whoever is the Democratic nominee. Just like I'm sure Bernie AND Hillary would.

I have a lot of chronic conditions. Is it possible that my need for stimulation causes some of them

I remember thinking about being cured from the gastritis I've had for years and all of a sudden the thought, "I won't have anything to think of or I won't have anything to blame for just laying around" popped in my head.

I have heard that you get physical illnesses for emotional reasons and if you heal the emotional reasons the physical symptoms will not longer be needed.

I am just now getting read to get treated for ADD. I hope that this might be a symptom.

This whole place is becoming a snooze zone for us not fighting about the primaries.

Every damn thread is about Bernie or Hillary. Hillary or Bernie. "Look at what awful thing this one did" "Look at what awful thing the other one did" "We have such a big lead" "No you don't"


There is nothing interesting to read anymore. Nothing about the world about politics except the Democratic primaries.

Has anyone looked at what congress is doing? I usually get my news here but no more because there is group OCD that has taken over.

Anyway that's it. I hate to have to go look for news other places but I supposed I'll have to until this thing is over.

I just read this wonderful post on Youtube about abortion and body autonomy

She goes by the name, Katherine Kuznetsov on Youtube and here is the post


"You have no argument against abortion. Fun fact: If my younger sister was in a car accident and desperately needed a blood transfusion to live, and I was the only person on Earth who could donate blood to save her, and even though donating blood is a relatively easy, safe, and quick procedure no one can force me to give blood. Yes, even to save the life of a fully grown person, it would be ILLEGAL to FORCE me to donate blood if I didn’t want to.

See, we have this concept called “bodily autonomy.” It’s this….cultural notion that a person’s control over their own body is above all important and must not be infringed upon.

Like, we can’t even take LIFE SAVING organs from CORPSES unless the person whose corpse it is gave consent before their death. Even corpses get bodily autonomy.

To tell people that they MUST sacrifice their bodily autonomy for 9 months against their will in an incredibly expensive, invasive, difficult process to save what YOU view as another human life (a debatable claim in the early stages of pregnancy when the VAST majority of abortions are performed) is desperately unethical. You can’t even ask people to sacrifice bodily autonomy to give up organs they aren’t using anymore after they have died.

You’re asking people who can become pregnant to accept less bodily autonomy than we grant to dead bodies.

Also, if you think that the extremely high crime rate and gun violence in the US compared to countries where guns aren't legal for civilians to have isn't correlated to guns, you're an idiot. Maybe if psychos weren't running around shooting up schools with the guns they legally purchased, you wouldn't need a gun to "defend" yourself.

I've had this computer with Windows 10 for about 3 weeks. I really want to go back to Windows 7

Does anyone think there might be a problem with that. I am tired of having to learn new things and every time I get on this thing there is another thing that is messed up that I have to fix or plug in or download or something. Now the pictures place, which I don't understand will not let me send pictures by gmail until I put the program in or some stupid thing like that that I did not have to deal with with Windows

I am asking everyone to boycott Jimmy Johns. The CEO's latest atrocities - killing big game

It is horrific that this man, (who also treats his employees terribly) thinks killing big game is OK. I really want people to boycott his stores to have him feel repercussions from his behavior.

I have posted on Twitter and Facebook so far and now I am asking my friends at DU.
