Crazy business owner is threatening to fire the first bullet if Obama uses executive priledge.

I saw this first on FB but it was taken down. I think someone got a hold of it and put it back up or he edited it and put it back up, (was said on one of the comments). Either way I think it is a viable threat.

Does anyone know if this is true. I've checked fact check, Politifact and Snoops and come up with

nothing. But it also seems to only show up on very conservative news sources. This was from the protests when Michigan slipped through the right to work law. I know there were other things made up. Now someone has just posted this to my FB page and I was trying to check it out but I can't find a reliable website to substantiate it.

Anyone know?



Clint Tarver’s hot dog cart, which he has operated since 1996, is another casualty of the union protest against the right-to-work law. Union members destroyed the cart and called Tarver an “Uncle Tom,” among other racist epithets, for serving right-to-work proponents.

After destroying the Americans for Prosperity tent, where Tarver was catering hotdogs, the mob turned there attention to the hot dog cart.

“Early today, Clint Tarver, known as “The Hot Dog Guy” here in Lansing had his business attacked by out of line and out of control protesters near the Capitol,” a blog post associated with a fundraiser to restore the hot dog cart explains. “‘It was when he returned to gather his equipment that the taunts and racial slurs began.”

When attacking the cart, the people were “yelling N*gger & Uncle Tom,” according to Michigan Republican State Committee member Nick Hawatmeh. Hawatmeh took a photo of the attack that you can see here.

According to the fundraising blog post, Tarver says (through his wife) that “the working people did not respect the working man. He was not there to be political; he was just there to serve.”

Scott Lively, "Kill the Gays" Uganda started trail for crimes against humanity yesterday!

On Monday, Scott Lively will tell a federal court why he supports Uganda's extreme persecution of gays and lesbians.

The U.S. evangelist and anti-gay crusader's trial begins Jan. 7 in Massachusetts. Lively is being sued for crimes against humanity by the organization Sexual Minorities of Uganda, represented by the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR).

From CCR website:

"The suit alleges that Lively’s involvement in anti-gay efforts in Uganda, including his active participation in a conspiracy to strip away fundamental rights from LGBT persons constitutes persecution. This is the first known Alien Tort Statute (ATS) case seeking accountability for persecution on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity."

The ATS allows suits to be brought to American courts by non-U.S. citizens who claim to be victims of violations of international law (such as crimes against humanity) perpetrated outside the U.S.

This is not just an attack on African-American parents and children....but ALL PARENTS AND CHILDREN!

As dysfunctional and violent as so-called reality shows are, could you ever imagine a one hour spectacle where 11 children are forced to witness their 10 unwed mothers clamor for financial support, emotional attention and sexual reward from Shawty-Lo, the apathetic ‘father’?

Could you imagine that Oxygen Media, known for violent programming targeting young women with stereotypical images, would consider the embarrassment that these children will experience, being used as entertainment?

Could you imagine that Oxygen Media, would use a slur against mothers, fathers and children and entitle this debacle, “All My Babies’ Mamas”? Cori Abraham, Oxygen Media, Senior Vice President of Development wrote in a press release: “…..over-the-top moments that our young, diverse female audience can tweet and gossip about….leaving the man of the house to split his affection multiple ways while trying to create order… but sharing your man with several opinionated women is bound to create issues.”

Tragically, this day has come.

And it is these children...our children who will hold all of us accountable by allowing them to be exploited, internationally, in this manner. Our children will suffer from these negativity and for someone like you standing up for them and saying:

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
