Is something wrong with this video that supposedly

shows Paul Ryan giving a talk about his health care plan with the President in the room but you never see a picture of them together?

Edit to add that Ryan does say, "Mr. President". The thing is the far right nuts are saying this destroys Obama but when it comes time for Obama to respond the video ends!

I don't want to offend anyone but what about Ryan's upside down smile?

I know I have had friends with upside down smiles before and they were nice enough. Never had a close friend with one though. The point I am making is when I saw Ryan speaking yesterday I made the same face with my face and it automatically created a negative feeling in me.

What say you DU? Do you think these types of smiles can be indicative of something or just facial structure? I looked up other pictures of him and his smile is up. So maybe he is just depressed at his situation. He looked like this most of his speech.

Can the president order a jobs bill fixing bridged by labeling it disaster relief or something

like that? I remember the bridge that collapsed in WV when I was a kid. Can't he use some sort of preemptive jobs bills to fix these bridges to kills two birds with one stone, fix the bridges and jump start the economy also?
