This amazing Kamil Galeev analysis explains many geopolitical things including the training.
The twitter thread has images I've never seen before and is worth looking at for its own merits.

Putin has been in charge, been dictating in Russia so long, that he owns all of Russia's failures.
Putin is a failure.
Zelensky's success, because and with Ukrainian efficiency due to freedom and democracy, ... his success, the comedian's success leading Ukraine has made Putin's failure all the more glaring since he is supposed to be the professional. Certainly Putin has had a free hand, but all he manages is a kleptocracy.
Putin knows prosperous free Ukraine casts heavy shade on him. Putin owns Russia failures

Claiming that Biden becoming president is the best thing that ever happened
for Vladimir Putin, Senator Ted Cruz told Fox News on Sunday that Europe is on the verge of war because of the weakness, the fecklessness of Joe Biden. The Texas lawmaker, who has been happy to do his part to spread Russian propaganda that benefits a man who claimed Cruzs own father helped kill JFK, followed that up with a press release on Monday declaring that BidenHarris officials are to an enormous extent directly responsible for this crisis.
Echoing those comments on Monday was Marco Rubio who, incidentally, has reportedly been happy to accept political donations from Len Blavatnik, a billionaire with longstanding ties to oligarchs close to Putin. Without referring to the president by name, though the reference was more than clear, the senator from Florida tweeted: Weakness always invites aggression. And weakness in response to aggression always invites others to be aggressive as well. Senator John Barrasso told Fox News last week that Biden talked tough but Putin doesnt respect statements, he only respects strength, claiming the president of Russia views President Biden as weak and ineffective and indecisive. In January, Senator Tom Cotton blamed Putins aggression on a year of Joe Bidens impotence and incompetence towards Russia in particular and in foreign policy more generally, somehow forgetting that Trump spent four years passionately kissing Putins ass.

If they are victorious, I think they would receive more grief from injunctive relief and remedial recovery in courts than they ever bargained for.
Fox's, Epoch Times, and ONAN's misinformation would be subject to much greater scrutiny and would have much weaker defense than the mainstream media.
Lower the bar and Hillary can stroll over it to receive damage awards.
At the same time, the cretins on the right are so low they would have great difficulty slithering over it.
Of course. Rs might not get what they are litigating for w Palin: lowering bar about malice

If anyone should be on it, that would be thugs, because there is evidence and public evidence of their unsuitability to fly.
They DID something egregious.
The suspects on it? Maybe, maybe not. Many are there through no fault of their own, including Senator Ted Kennedy, for a bit while he was alive.
What RepubliQonners understand but refuse to acknowledge is that unruliness in the air does terrorize and greatly inconvenience passengers. It is bullying and intimidation.
Thugs use bullying and intimidation to extract concessions, just like terrorism, except in the case of thugs it is in a solo self-centered narcissistic snowflaky way.
And now the RNC has laid it out in the open: their "legitimate political discourse" is nothing but bullying and intimidation.
Thugs are on it for what they have done. Terror suspects are on it for suspicion.

We selectively and sparingly use all caps in places where it is the only mode for EMPHASIS, such as Democratic Underground Reply titles, but not the body (generally) because there the bolding tool is available for use. Most in these forums are tool users.
So, if some self-centered person wishes to gain attention they MIGHT PUT THE WHOLE REPLY TITLE IN ALL CAPS. EVERY WORD.
No if about it. It happens from time to time.
If it were not "frowned upon", socially, among DU members, then there would quickly ensue a race to the bottom where all the titles would be all caps. Or even if it is half, the ugliness would be unignorable and all nuance would be lost.
Even Republican and RepubliQonned sites don't make that mistake. (Oops, I used an internal capitalization for effect.)
Leave the shouting or the no-caps to the lowest-common denominator media.
Dems do nuance. Rs don't. All caps is not screaming, it' SHOUTING. Attention seeking race to bottom.

They can run the outrage machine on simple idea like crack pipes and Republicans can hide the debunking from their sheeple by Fox (of course) and Facebook (of course), basically by "flooding the zone" with outrage.
If some of their sheeple do stumble across the debunking, the subtleties involved or the number of issues or the depth will be too much for them. It will require a little time or they won't remember it and won't be able to explain it to others even if they heard/read it.
Unfortunately, in modern life, issues are more complex.
Also unfortunately, many in the Democratic fold also are busy or also have difficulty understanding complex issues. So they may be less able to debunk it in conversation.
Complexity is a fact of modern life. Unfortunately (again that word), the Party of the Stupid is unethical about exploiting it.
They seize on hot issues with simple outrage buttons and nuanced debunking that base never hears

It occurred to me today, as I posted about former AG Barr resigning abruptly in December 2020, that he may be a reason Garland seems slow.
What if there is some evidence that Barr broke law? Or had an immoral role in suppressing the Mueller report?
In that case, the DoJ would want to be sure before prosecuting its own. In this highly charged atmosphere. At a time when charges may be being prepared against the former president, as we presume they are.
If DoJ is preparing cases against both and others, it is massive. Many people who know say the Jan 6 failed insurrection is much bigger than Watergate.
In a DoJ with tRump moles.
In Watergate, AG John Mitchell was charged and convicted of conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and perjury. As a precedent, it took three years.
Timeline with parallels:
1972-01-27 Mitchell in meeting w Liddy re numerous illegal activities
(2020-06) Planning around using troops; Esper refuses, military declares non-intervention
(2020-11-09) Election lost, Esper fired, planning starts to take solid form including Jan 6 rally plans
1972-06-17 Watergate breakin
(2021-01-06) Attempted Insurrection
1973-07 AG Mitchell testifies to the Committee (13 months after breakin)
(2022-02 or 03) Jan 6 Committee hearings begin (13 or so months after Jan 6)
1974-fall Mitchell trial begins
(2023-04 ??) High level trial(s)?
1975-01-01 Mitchell convicted
(2023-07 ??) High level conviction(s)?
A guess as to part of why Garland seems slow

There is no labor shortage. There is a living wage shortage, a hazard pay shortage, a child care shortage, a paid sick leave shortage, and a health care shortage.Does a new year mean we can settle this debate and finally treat workers with dignity?

When you feel you "need" a drink, but don't want it or shouldn't have it according to whatever regimen you have chosen, ...
... help yourself then by thinking of love: those you love, love for the wonderful parts of yourself, care for the not-so-wonderful parts (which get better with time), love for the good you accomplish, love for friends, love for country, love for humanity, ...
... love for a bird chirping in the morning.
Don't not-drink as an "obligation" or as a discipline. Don't not-drink because of the negatives which you are well aware of. Don't kick yourself. You've kicked yourself enough.
Not-drink for the positives of not drinking. Not-drink because when you don't drink you have more capacity to give and receive love.
If you fail and have a drink you don't want, that's okay. It's not really failing. Thomas Edison tried a thousand ways to make an electric light bulb and they all failed. When asked by a reporter, he said he was happy because now he knew a thousand ways not to do.
Don't worry about failing. Celebrate the successes of love as they occur and call them to mind from time to time.
The higher power can be non-religious, like Love. Love yourself, love others, let love sustain you.
