You say you want a Revolution...

Just start fucking with Election Day...

Now this is in fact ORIGINAL:

Louis Gohmert: the ass that sank a thousand shits

Interesting aspect of Lincoln project ads:

In the ads for Democratic candidates in red states, like Montana and Alaska, they use the word “hell“ as in “sure as hell“. To my knowledge I have never heard that word used in a political ad, at least here in Pennsylvania.

Has anyone else ever heard that word in a political ad? I am academically curious.Yellow.

(Older folks will get that joke)

Hmmm....this Stella Immanuel ( Trump's replacement for Dr Fauci) may have a point

She said that there are Lizard People who are running the government. After watching Trump for decades and Barr yesterday, I have come to the conclusion that she is correct.

If I’d seen Barr zap a fly with his tongue yesterday, it wouldn’t have surprised me in the least.

Every day now is a little more than 1% of the time

Before the election. Every day that we can kill with other news, or news about his idiocy, is over 1% closer to election day; in a few weeks it’ll be 2% per day then 3% then 5%. Eventually it will be 50% with election eve nigh.

We are asymptotically approaching the big day.

So I'm watching ML baseball tonight, Phillies vs Marlins

Beyond stupid...

They have cardboard cutouts behind home plate with various sizes of head size and body attributes. Piped in crowd noise. But that’s nothing: NL has DH AND extra innings start with an automatic runner at second base.

This is not baseball. This is bullshit.

I know, let’s play football with a 60 yard field and five in a side, first team to fumble or throw an interception loses.

Or NBA basketball, the hoop is doubled in size and lowered two feet.

Really.

Oh, and one more thing about the senility test:

When this giant windbag Said to Chris Wallace you couldn’t answer the questions, Wallace should have taken offense at that. How dare this illiterate brain-damaged Adderall-addled asshole tell a guy with Chris Wallace’s brain and acumen that he couldn’t pass a dementia test? Say what you want about Wallace, he’s anything but dull of mind. He and Shepard Smith were probably the highest IQ people in the broadcast division of Fox News and both of them are quick on their feet and very sharp, Wallace occasionally in a fairly snide, crumby way.

I took the test recently (not a joke)

As part of a larger physical examination performed for various reasons, none of which were life-threatening, I took the test administered by a neurologist.

My performance on the test was very good, but not excellent. All my life I have had a problem remembering things presented to me orally. My aural memory is at best mediocre when only presented one time. In college and professional school I relied upon written notes which I and others took to learn. No matter how many times I sat in lecture and functioned and paid attention to the best of my ability, I did not take away from the lecture what other students had. I recognized this very early in my academic career and performed compensatory behaviors to avoid, quite frankly, failure.

Now I have known about my limitation almost all my life, so when it was manifest on the exam, the repetition of the words uttered to me 10 minutes before, I knew that the problem I was having was consistent with my brain power, or lack of, my entire life. Interestingly, and anecdotally, this problem arose for me when I struck my head on the floor having fallen off a chair in junior high school. In those days you just made the best of a difficult situation, and moved on. Now of course, there would be MRIs and brain scans and significant testing in follow up, and possibly rehabilitation.

I graduated from a very fine university in the top quintile and from professional school among extremely capable students also in the top quintile and although not anywhere near the top of the class, that ethereal group of hyperachievers, I had a distinguished academic career during and following school. AsClint Eastwood said in the film Sudden Impact, a man has got to know his limitations.

There is no question that this guy in the White House is cognitively impaired in many regards. I guarantee you that he has never attempted any compensatory behavior or rehabilitation because his ego would not permit him to accept his limitations. The fact that He keeps reiterating that he did so fantastically well on this test means that he did abysmally poorly. This coming from the same individual who said that he might live to 200, you know exactly what’s going on here.

Goya aisle at my store

I just got back from the Acme Market near Atlantic City, and the aisles were shopped as they normally are but the GOYA aisle looked as though it was restocked five minutes before I got there or people aren’t buying it. I will check periodically but it was pristine. Not certain as to mechanism. We shall see.

Chapter 847: I had a conversation yesterday with

A very well-known Philadelphia criminal defense attorney. And I must say for many young people the phrase “Philadelphia lawyer“ may not mean anything, but at one time it was a catch phrase used throughout the country to mean a very shrewd lawyer who could do anything that needed to be done. This man is the quintessential Philadelphia lawyer.

He said to me in no uncertain terms that Trump and many members of his family will be going to jail. He is quite familiar with the state courts in New York and state prosecutors in New York as well as the prosecutors in Florida. These people are salivating, waiting for him to leave Office. And I’ve known this guy for over 25 years and never known him to exaggerate or dissemble with respect to procedure and protocol. He is a stark realist, if he believed that Trump and his minions were going to get away with it, as many of his clients have escaped prison, he would say so. In many cases during high profile prosecutions in the news, both local and national, he would say to me that someone was going to beat it and mention four or five intricate manners of defense. Not this time, and he’s no liberal in that sense. My guess is he’s a centrist to right wing Democrat, and quite frankly has never been wrong, at least Dead wrong in the years I’ve known him.

I told him I hoped and prayed he was correct. His response was, the Trump knows this of course and that’s why he will do anything to save himself from spending the rest of his life in prison. Anything. And for Trump, he added, “anything” is many things did you could not even conceive of because you’re civilized.
