If it's Bernie vs. trump, who will putin support?

The Mueller report concluded that Russia/putin wanted trump and Bernie. When trump won the gop nom and Hillary won the democratic nomination, they put all their energy behind trump. But what happens if it's trump vs Bernie? Isn't it entirely possible that putin will switch his support to Bernie, since trump is so toxic and ineffective? Meanwhile, Bernie has quietly and without any blowback voted in a way that is a lot more supportive of putin/Russia than his colleagues--for example, he's voted against the Magnitsky Act and Russian sanctions:

The Senate overwhelmingly voted Thursday to impose new sanctions on Russia, joining the House in approving the measure by veto-proof margins.

The vote on the bill — which would also add sanctions against North Korea and Iran — was 98-2, with only Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Rand Paul, R-Ky., dissenting. The House passed the measure on Tuesday by 419-3. Read more: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/senate-joins-house-overwhelmingly-passing-new-russian-sanctions-n787291

Senate Democrats on Wednesday came up short in a vote to stop the Trump administration from easing sanctions on companies linked to Oleg Deripaska, a Russian billionaire with ties to Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin.

The only one to miss the vote was Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt. He was meeting with women who had accused his 2016 presidential campaign of sexual misconduct, his spokesman, Josh Miller-Lewis, told CNBC. Any thoughts? Is this concerning to anyone or are you happy to potentially have putin siding with the democrats next go 'round?

The other candidates left me with no choice but to switch

I'm so incredibly disappointed with the cowardly and/or cynical stances the other candidates have taken. Right is right and wrong is wrong.

If democrats fail to act, they won't be able to say that it's just the republicans who have refused to stand up to trump and defend our democracy.

I think not impeaching would be just as disastrous. If you can't stand

up for our country and the rule of law, what good are you? Why should I even vote for people who aren't willing to fight for our democracy?

April 20, 2019

I want a party that isn't stifled by fear. The facts are on our

side. If your scenario happens, fine, Pence would lose in 2020, and dump will die soon anyway. Democrats would be rewarded in 2020 for standing up for our country.

I'm giving candidates 1 more week to make a firm statement in favor of impeachment

First, kudos to Senator Warren for being the first candidate to call for trump's impeachment. I'm usually in the pragmatic camp, but not this time--not when it comes to the chaos and cruelty trump has inflicted in this country and around the world.

Frankly, I'm disgusted by the delay I'm seeing when it comes to my preferred candidates. Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Pete...I'm talking to you! Anyone who has not taken a firm stance by next Friday will not get my vote in the primaries. Period. I'm looking for a leader, not a follower.

Kamala/Pete or Pete/Kamala 2020?

Could this combination be our power ticket?

April 16, 2019

Just switched my selection to Pete because he's for abolishing the electoral college

That's hands down my #1 issue. NONE of our goals will matter if we don't first get our electoral system under control. When a clown like trump can rule after losing by over 3 million votes, something is wrong. We're not a democracy, we're a joke!

A Corey and Kamala ticket. How do you think it would do?

Honestly, it's my dream ticket for many substantial reasons... but also a petty one: It would be a big F-U to trump and his sexist/racist minions.
