If a felon can run for president of the United States...

Then shouldn't a felon also be able to vote in an election? Republicans have to be consistent here.

Weird story, weird ending

Prigozhin's coup / insurrection was weird. The abrupt ending of the coup was weird. And now this story, equally weird. How delusional would Prigozhin have to be to think that he was safe getting in a plane, from Moscow of all places, after everything that happened? For me it's actually more believable to think that Putin and Prigozhin made an agreement to fake his death, but who knows? And with this post, I'm officially done with this story.

Maybe the flight to Earth took 15+ years or thousands of years

Depending on which planet they were coming from. Earlier today I looked up how long it would take to get to the hypothetical planet 9 / planet x and one of the estimates was 20 years. So perhaps, just like we're vigorously looking for information on a potential "Planet 9," the inhabitants of that planet have been desperately trying to find out about us? Or, if the UFO was from Proxima B, perhaps their flight here took 70,000+ years.

Assuming they're more advanced, but not advanced enough to travel using teleportation / wormholes, they sent off their astronauts a long time ago. This might explain a potential crash. Perhaps the astronauts were already dead due to some sort of malfunction on the ship (cryo malfunction)??

Maybe only one ship crashed, but they've had multiple successful landings thousands of years ago (which could explain the "ancient alien" phenomena). Maybe we are their descendants. 😮🤔🤯

Does anyone use a Car Insurance Safety Tracking Device to save money?

Has anyone tried this and is it a good idea?

June 21, 2023

Lol @ the apology withdrawal. But my issue with the date

is that DA Willis (Fulton county Georgia) already announced a similar timetable for an indictment against trump.

ATLANTA — Top Atlanta prosecutor Fani Willis told high-ranking county officials on Thursday that much of her staff would work remotely in the first half of August and requested that county judges not hear trials during part of that period.

The letter makes no outright mention of former President Donald Trump, but the move fuels speculation that August is when a Fulton County grand jury could reveal if Trump and his allies will be charged as part of the 2020 Georgia election investigation.

Obviously, this potential overlap gives trump his first excuse for delay. 🙄
June 19, 2023

Yes, although Garland partially redeemed himself when he appointed Jack Smith

But the delay in going after trump caused a lot of harm to this country. Think back to everything that happened in the aftermath. Rethugs and most Americans FULLY expected trump to be held accountable after J6. Even qop senators ducked their duties and passed it to the DOJ to hold trump accountable.

In the year plus of the DOJ doing nothing with regard to trump and the inner circle, the big lie was allowed to fester, the gop was allowed to gaslight and change the narrative, gop suppression laws exploded around the country, and trump regained his power within the party. Now he's leading the gop primaries and we have to hope that the suppression laws don't allow trump to retake the White House next year.

So yeah, the delays fucked us and our democracy is at risk. Again.

Tiny d is getting slaughtered by trumpists

Tiny posted about trump's indictment last night, and the responses were pretty hostile. Lol:

Ron DeSantis
@RonDeSantis
The weaponization of federal law enforcement represents a mortal threat to a free society.

We have for years witnessed an uneven application of the law depending upon political affiliation.

Why so zealous in pursuing Trump yet so passive about Hillary or Hunter?

The DeSantis administration will bring accountability to the DOJ, excise political bias and end weaponization once and for all.

In order for a “DeSantis administration” to happen, it requires us to surrender to political persecution & abandon the president who stood up for us. That will never happen. Not everyone is an unprincipled traitor like yourself, Ron.

Don Lemon Laughing at Chris Licht's Exit and CNN's Awful Ratings: Sources

Don Lemon has enjoyed watching Chris Licht's downfall and was extremely pleased to see him let go this week, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to sources close to the situation, the fired anchor has been “laughing at Chris’ mounting failures” for weeks and his termination was icing on the cake.

An insider said Lemon has even floated the idea of returning to CNN "to save the network.”

...

Sources revealed that morale at CNN plummeted along with the ratings, which nosedived a whopping 61 percent in March. Overall, ratings have declined 35 percent since Licht took the helm last year.

...

Lemon, 57 — along with Chris Cuomo and even Licht’s predecessor Jeff Zucker, 58 — are said to be overjoyed with CNN's downfall and believe they could make a return to their old roles.

another reason why desantis will never be president...

His voice isn't distinct enough. One of the rules of being president is your voice has to be easily recognized. Tiny d sounds like an obnoxious surfer, but it's very generic. Not easily recognized or distinct.
