If that site was half true, I had no idea the abuse she put up with both at Fóx and MGM. Not only was she attacked as being an adult midget, but her bosses had no qualms grabbing and at least once raping her. Even her father had no qualms about stealing her money. Fans tried pulling her "wig" off at whistle stops.
And there's no disputing her brief marriage to Agar was miserable. Maybe credit her for lasting four years with the drunk.
Credit her with coming out of that "stardom" and becoming a force for good government under both R and D administrations. Rumor has it that she did, however, hit Eleanor R in the ass with a rock from her ever present slingshot.
So, if half of that is true, she did an excellent job of beating it all back due largely to her own inner resources, even though she was not helped in the least by Hollywood. I'm not going to look further, but I can't help thinking her lifelong husband, Charles Black, a powerful fruit and transportation baron, helped at least a little.

The Post Office says there were over 5300 dog attacks last year...
many, if not all of the were by "good Dogs" who would never attack anything.
These attacks have legendary for years, and I suspect the dogs are pissed at this person who invades their space and leaves. PO and dog experts say secure your dog, but I wonder if introducing f lol your dog to the carrier might help solve the problem.

I could have listened to Orangeanus whining but did not consider that entertainment enough to sit in my car all night.
What I did do was sit in my car driving around to appointments today and I spent a lot of that time listening to CNN and the headliners' Jeremiads óf their Time With Trump. They seem to have hated the whole thing and saw it as a paean to 20% who still think of Trump as an answer.

She mentioned Samsonite and Dunkin, but not Sears or others destroyed by bosses or management groups who bought up stock, drove the price down to buy up more, and cashed out leaving ordinary investors, employees, customers, and providers high and dry.
They, not Amazon or Walmart are destroying us as a nation, although those guys sure aren't helping.
Private equity is the enemy and could be stopped if we stopped whining for a moment and actually did something.
