The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals denied Mark Meadows's attempt to have his charges in Fulton County moved to federal court. The three-judge panel unanimously ruled that Meadows must proceed with his case in Georgia state court. “At bottom, whatever the chief of staff’s role with respect to state election administration, that role does not include altering valid election results in favor of a particular candidate," Pryor wrote in the opinion. - 12/18/2023.
