I found Trump's next lawyer

This is Ronnie Lee "Bear" Davis.

Mr. Davis runs a sovereign citizen group called "Bears Law and Forensic Science Team." His group claims two things: a perfect ability to get your kids back after Department of Social Services removes them from your home, and a track record of throwing eleven judges in prison for treason. Neither happens to be true, but he's also the king of filing bullshit paperwork; anyone who runs up against him normally gets a malicious multibillion-dollar lien filed against his or her house and a fictitious 1099 form sent to the IRS on him.

He got arrested recently, and what he did is kinda unique: A woman went from Florida to Texas to study at his compound. When Davis saw her, he decided to make her "one of his wives" and told her the only way she was leaving was either on crutches or in a body bag. She eventually managed to escape and brought the law down on him. The state was going to charge him with Armed Kidnapping, but went for the sure thing and let him bargain down to Battery and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Year and a Day in the Florida State License Plate Factory, and two other agencies have placed holds on his meth-infested ass so he's not leaving jail after his sentence is up.

Oh, and he's not really a lawyer - as if minor technicalities ever mattered to Donald Trump.

What two cities need MLB teams?

Any real baseball fan will agree: the Wild Card race is an atrocity...but when you have 30 teams, the only equal division is three five-team divisions in each league.

By adding one more NL and one more AL team, you can create four 4-team divisions in each league...call them North, South, East and West. The playoffs could rotate combinations from year to year to make it fun.

Now...where to put the teams? I think Raleigh, New Orleans, Nashville, Portland Oregon, and Albuquerque would be fine baseball towns.

What we are up against

This is a letter from a disgruntled Trump voter: http://www.cdapress.com/article/20170519/ARTICLE/170519743/1105

In the replies we find this comment (on edit: the boldface tags no longer work):

Phillip Richardson YES, IT IS A STATEMENT! ARE YOU SUFFERING UNDER THE LIE THAT THE PEOPLE "RUNNING THIS GOVERNMENT" ARE SOMETHING LESS THAN A SWAMP? You better look around friend. We're on the precipice thanks to liberalism, and we have one chance left to get back on a Constitutional course. Trump has the weight of the corrupt world on his back, liberals from every segment of society. Trump has added nothing but sincerety, morality, honesty, and leadership to this disgusting scene since the day he came down that escalator. But when there is one decent person fighting against the entire media, the disgusting excuse for academia, liberal scum permeating the court system..yes, I'd guess it hits someone who doesn't understand the obvious as being quite a "statement". A proud statement!!

Will Trump's "Arab NATO" destabilize the US-Israel relationship?

Trump wants to create a NATO-like alliance of all the Arab nations to go up against Iran. I see a lot of hazards for our relationship with Israel, in that all those countries would like nothing better than to wipe Israel off the face of the earth. (Several have it in their constitutions.) There are three reasons they won't do it now: Israel has a good army, no Arab nation has enough of an army to do it, and Israel has historically been backstopped by the US.

With an alliance of the Arab nations there will be enough firepower on their side to try it, and thanks to Orange Caligula passing Israeli intelligence to Russia the US-Israel bond is now tenuous.

Someone needs to stop that maniac before he destroys the Middle East.

I'm more worried about what ELSE the Russians did in the Oval Office

How many bugs did the Russians get the chance to install in front of our traitorous dictator, and how hard is it going to be to find them? I assure you the Russians are masters at building undetectable bugs...

Has world terrorism increased since Trump was elected?

It seems to me that we've had a lot more terrorism since 1/20 than we had in the last few years. Any ideas as to what could have motivated them to get active?

Opinion: Eric Schneiderman/Steve Bullock 2020?

Eric Schneiderman is the Attorney General of the State of New York. This is the guy who took down Trump's fake college. He is very strong against fraud, he's pro-choice...and he's quite handsome.

Steve Bullock is the current governor of Montana. He works well with both Democrats and Republicans. He's anti-Citizens United, a trustbuster, and with him on the ticket the GOP's standard "he's going to take away your guns!" attack on Democrats no longer works. When faced with a very large state budget surplus, he chose to return some of it to the people as rebates rather than tax cuts - and returned an amount that left the state with a surplus. (A tax cut will come back to bite you: it's impossible to reel the damn things back even if the government goes broke because of them. A rebate is different: you issue the checks, you're done, everyone's happy and there's no significant impact on future budgeting.)

How to solve Trump's "Obamacare Problem"

From Trump's perspective:

Problem 1: Obamacare must be replaced.

Problem 2: Replacing Obamacare is damn hard. The GOP has been working on it for six years and still hasn't gotten anywhere.

Problem 3: People generally like the law if you call it "The Affordable Care Act" but absolutely despise it if you call it "Obamacare."

Problem 4: In a survey of 100 Republicans, the only thing everyone could agree is wrong with it, is the name of the president who signed it.

Solution found!
