Do you believe Trump has seen the whistleblower's complaint?

Did the DNI keep the "complaint" to himself and told the DOJ about it verbally on the phone or in a meeting?

Either way, he probably told someone? William Barr? Donald Trump?

Why did he not follow the law? Was it out of respect for Donald Trump? Or fear of Donald Trump? Why would he place President Tweet above the law?

Since he is an "Acting" Director, how long does he plan on staying around?

We can assume that at least three people know what is in the complaint. The ICIG, the DNI, and the whistleblower himself/herself.

Are there now more people that know the whistleblower's identity?

President Zelensky waiting on a call from Donald Trump tonight?

Because they are supposed to meet tomorrow.

And Zelensky knows that Donald Trump wants him to cover for him on his phone story.

Zelensky probably wants to tell him to go to hell.

But, if Trump calls a news conference tomorrow with the Ukraine president, he probably figures it is to his benefit?

The guy is in a tight spot.

Democrats truly need 218 votes to re-establish balance between the branches.

218 votes to begin an impeachment inquiry is more or less equal to 218 votes to impeach.

It is important, not just symbolically, but substantively, to show Donald Trump that there is a cop on the beat. The law will be obeyed.

These wavering Democrats need to understand the importance of their votes.

The arrogant, brazen lawlessness of a scofflaw.

His disrespect for our Constitution and our laws is unparalleled in our history.

He lies without conscience. He uses those around him to further his own personal aggrandizement and greed.

His corruptness has only gotten worse. The Mueller Report only emboldened him. In fact, the very next day after the Mueller Report ended, he was on the phone with the new president of the Ukraine, trying to make a "deal" with him, offering to hold up funds appropriated by the Congress, if he did not help to dig up dirt on Joe Biden, his most feared political opponent in 2020.

The Congress is ready to tell him that it has to cease. But, don't bet the farm that he will.

If he is stopped in the Ukraine, he is likely to go somewhere else. Russia, North Korea, or some other place. He simply cannot obey the laws.

When Trump had his interview with Stephanopolous in June...

He had already sent Giuiliani to the Ukraine to set the table for them to do "opposition research" on Joe Biden. At that time, he was sure that Biden would be his opponent in 2020.

Even after Giuliani was admonished in the press for his plans to go to the Ukraine, Trump still ordered him back to that country.

That was happening as he was telling Stephanopolous that yeah, he would be willing to take information from a foreign country. He saw nothing wrong with it.

After all the discussion about dealing with foreigners in the last three years, he still decided to go down this crooked trail.

I don't think the Congress will go straight into Articles of Impeachment?

I think they will vote to have an official, full House, impeachment investigation.

I think that is the way they will need to go.

When will they file Articles of Impeachment? When the evidence is in order and when there is some bi-partisan support from the Republicans.

It could be a long investigation.

But they could expose a lot of stuff about Donald Trump and the Republicans during that time frame.

Is the media being manipulated by Trump over this transcript?

"It was honorable", he says.

"It was perfect... It was a perfect ten".

No doubt, give him a few days to doctor it up and give his redacted transcript and it will probably look pretty harmless.

But, the media needs to keep their eye on the ball. There is more than just a transcript.

Reportedly, there are several incidents that raised concerns with the whistleblower.

By the way, the whistleblower was not an official of the DNC and he was not a member of the "fake news". He took his concerns to the IG of the Intelligence Departments, a Trump appointee. Need we repeat that? A Trump appointee.

The IG deemed it an "urgent" complaint. It was a threat to our national security. Let's keep our eye on the ball and not follow the shell game of Mr Trump.

The next step in the process was to take it to the DNI, the Director of National Intelligence, another Trump appointee. He was required by the Whistleblower's Statute to refer it to the Intel Committees of the House and Senate. He did not do what he was required to do. Instead, he sent it to the DOJ. Only a moron would believe that Mr Barr, the Attorney General, did not inform the White House of the name and contents of the "complaint".

But, the media should be concerned about the obstruction of justice by the DNI and what information was in the complaint by the whistleblower?

All else is frivolous nonsense from the Propagandist in Chief.

Pink Floyd

No Democrat running ever had a whistleblower report him to the IG as a national security threat...

Unlike the guy in the White House now obstructing the information from going to our Intel Committees, as the law states "shall" be done.

But, now, all of a sudden, he wants to blame a political opponent of corruption, without one iota of evidence, only the rumors created by himself and his complicit lawyer, Rudy Giuliani.

September 23, 2019

Mr Trump and Mr Giuliani , where is the evidence ?

You keep saying Biden and his son are corrupt ? You want the president of the Ukraine to investigate them for you. For political advantage. But where is the evidence? Perhaps that is a question for the media to ask?

The difference between you and Mr Biden, Mr Trump, is that they have the evidence on you. They have all the reason in the world to investigate you. They have no evidence on Mr Biden.
