Pompeo cannot claim "executive privilege".

It is being reported that the State Dept is stopping Sondland from testifying before the Committee? Only the president can claim executive privilege.

But, it looks like another case of Trump wanting someone else to take the blame?

Pompeo should be questioned about this and on what grounds is he preventing Sondland from testifying before the Committee?

The Mueller Report can still be used as evidence.

All the testimony was taken under oath and there was a lot of evidence gathered.

No Committees are required to question these witnesses again. They have the sworn testimonies. That is all they need to file charges.

There were ten charges of obstruction of justice with 5 of those charges being very strong.

There was a lot of evidence of the Trump campaign colluding with the Russians. It wasn't just Paul Manafort. There were people that were helping the Russians attack our election system. His present campaign manager, Brad Pascrale, served as the digital media director in the 2016 campaign, before he was promoted to his present position.

If the House does impeach, and it goes to the Senate for a trial, how many charges should the Senate have to address? I think it would be a mistake just to send this one charge from the Ukraine investigation. The Senate should have to address each and every charge from the Mueller Report, as well as the new charges from the Ukraine betrayal, if it was introduced to the trial. Or whatever other charges that might arise between now and the time of the trial?

In my opinion, it is very important that they address as many charges as possible and make the Senators address each and every charge, in the Senate trial. This should be a requirement that the Democrats could demand? The Chief justice would be the final arbiter in any disagreements.

Both sides will have a strategy if there is a Senate trial.

The transcript that Schiff "parodied" was not a transcript.

It was a memo of the transcript. It was not word for word.

Schiff "parody" may have been closer to the actual transcript?

In the parody, Schiff said Trump mentioned dirt on the Bidens 8 different times? In the memo turned over by the White House, it was mentioned only once?

Which is more accurate? Schiff's "parody" ? Or Trump's edited "transcript"?

Schiff's "parody" may be closer to the truth?

Was it a "joke" or was it a diversion?

Donald Trump brazenly and illegally called for China to investigate the Bidens. Republicans, like Marco Rubio, were quick to call it a joke. He was just playing the media, they say.

No one was laughing. It wasn't a joke. It may have been a diversion?

The latest reports out of the Ukraine indicate that Rudy Giuliani was wheeling and dealing with the big oil men of Ukraine. He was trying to make a deal for himself and other Trump associates. There was money to be made. It's always "follow the money" with this crowd.

Rick Perry seems to have been brought in to be the "useful idiot". He could talk about natural gas as the corruption flowed all around him. He said he talked to almost everyone, including Il Duce and his ambassadors, and no one ever brought up the name of the Bidens?

If Donald Trump knew about Rudy's dealing, why didn't he stop it? Because Rudy was working for Donald? Or was he working for himself? Either way, it was very ripe corruption.

Democrats have to stay united.

No matter which candidate we now support, we will need to rally around the eventual nominee.

Trump will attempt to divide the Democrats by any means necessary.

It's all a matter of sticking to the game plan.

Democrats are fighting for our Constitution, our country, and our democracy.

Stay united!

A quote from Mein Kampf...

https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/hitler-on-the-big-lie

Hitler On The Big Lie
=============

All this was inspired by the principle - which is quite true in itself - that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation. For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together in the art of lying. These people know only too well how to use falsehood for the basest purposes. From time immemorial, however, the Jews have known better than any others how falsehood and calumny can be exploited. Is not their very existence founded on one great lie, namely, that they are a religious community, where as in reality they are a race? And what a race! One of the greatest thinkers that mankind has produced has branded the Jews for all time with a statement which is profoundly and exactly true. Schopenhauer called the Jew "The Great Master of Lies". Those who do not realize the truth of that statement, or do not wish to believe it, will never be able to lend a hand in helping Truth to prevail.

Donald Trump has nothing to hide...

..except his income tax returns, his business records, his phone calls with Putin and MBS, his net worth, his business ventures in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, his deals with Netanyahu, the origins of his loans, his medical records, his history with Deutsche Bank, his secret meetings with Russians in the White House, and his actual weight....

But he is very open and transparent about giving away top-secret info, or making "deals" with the most shady dictators in the world, and calling his opponents childish, adolescent names whenever they say something critical of him. There seems to be some sort of psychological complex, in that regard, which prohibits him from ever admitting that he might be wrong? When he comes to those "dead-ends", he simply blames someone else, like he did with Rick Perry, just today.

Trump and the Republicans want to know what happened in election of 2016??

They could read the Mueller Report. It is pretty thorough on the subject.

But, rather than our FBI and 16 other intelligence agencies, they choose to listen to Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani and Vlad Putin?

Rather than a well-respected Special Counsel, who investigated the matter for more than two years, they prefer to believe the corrupt leaders and oligarchs of Ukraine. They choose to believe the conspiracy theories of Rudy Giuliani.

Republicans are being played big time. So now they want to find out what happened in 2016? Really?

Republicans have calves the size of cantaloupes...

...from carrying all the lies and bullshit of Donald Trump.

But the sack is going to get heavier and heavier.

When will it be too heavy for them to carry?

When more smoking gun stories are exposed and more facts come to light, it is going to get very heavy for Republicans to carry.

They will have no choice but to admit: "We cannot pick it up."

It's just a matter of time.
