Rep. Adam Schiff points out the blatant hypocrisy of Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan, and his failure to comply with a congressional subpoena from the January 6th Select Committee.

This comes as the Committee seeks to cite Hunter Biden for Contempt of Congress. - 01/10/2024.

1. Hunter Biden being a private citizen congress has no legal authority to compel him to testify.

2. But isn't Gym Jordan, as a member of Congress, required to answer a Congressional subpoena?

All the witnesses who testified before the January 6th Committee were fellow Republicans.
