....given decision might be July, then add 88 days for defense from when the process was halted due to absolute immunity appeal.

Judge Luttig brought up the 10th Justice: the US Solicitor General...

She has not been brought up before, I looked her up: Elizabeth Prelogar. Really never heard of her before, no one has mentioned her. But, good to know.
