At this point, I see a Biden-Harris ticket as the best match up...

Biden with his strong appeal to working class men, Harris bringing a successful woman of color and strong prosecutorial background and from a big Dem state.

Operative words: "at this point." There are downsides to everything and it is way early. But this is how I see it right now.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I see no evidence that Biden will pick Harris or any other woman. Sure, he'd have a good reason (gotta win Minnasota), but truth be told he'd rather have a guy on the ticket is my feeling.

I could see him going for Pete, who is also more conservative.

Harris is to smart to waste as VP, would make a great Atty General.

Maybe Stacy Abrams would be a better choice and I am not certain he should pick a woman with the rampant sexism in this country. How About Castro? We have never had a Latina and he is from Texas.

history.

Harris doesn't "bring" CA, I agree with you. I don't know what she said about Flores so let me know and I can consider it.

It seems there always is an "excuse" not to have a woman on the ticket. And, of course, the voters in this country already let their voices be heard with Clinton (but we are stuck with the Electoral College).

Speaking of the EC, when can we get a movement started to get rid of the damn thing...

Harris or Buttigieg are my top picks.. I love E. Warren, but that VP slot needs to be filled with a younger person..so we can call this a good 12 years for the Democrats and the Democratic Party!!

Debates: Biden would wipe the floor with the Orange asshole and Harris would poke so many holes in the BS from Pence, if he had a drink of water during the debate, it would flood the floor.

Wiping the floor won't be enough or maybe it isn't even important. My opinion is: Don't engage DT, give clear and honest direction for the country and ignore him. Take a lesson from the guy who beat Berlusconi in Italy and don't reply to DT's silly statements at all. I'll go farther, do not even mention DT's name.

Harris is better than VP. As another poster mentioned, she'd make a killer Attorney General.

We need a woman on the ticket, maybe Klobuchar, Gillibrand, or even someone who is not a current presidential candidate or sitting Senator. There are governors and representatives and other folks who could be a good safe VP choice.

would make Texas virtually impossible to turn blue. Many men and women here are so behind they would never vote for a woman. I think we need TX as backup if/when TRussia rigs MI WI and or PA.
