Have any of our candidates made proposals on cutting fedeal deficits, yet?

Can you direct me to where I might find that information?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

A Democratic majority in the House

A 62-seat Democratic supermajority in the Senate

And a Democratic president who doesn't mind only serving one term.

This is because to really cut the deficit, we'll have to do two things: cut the defense budget and raise taxes to AT LEAST President Clinton's numbers. Carter's numbers would be better.
