yesterday, 4/7, have to arrive at the WI election bureaus. It was posted elsewhere there are nearly 1M of those, so waiting makes sense. I'm sure the parties and candidates have a rough idea, though.

come to vote Republican ended up voting Democrat also after Republicans had them standing for hours in those cold, potentially infectious lines.

They know if they did not have the courts to back them, gerrymandering and voter suppression they would LOSE... big time.
