Anybody see Sanders on the View? Very trumpian and testy evading questions.

About why he’s staying in a race he has already lost. Even put up his hand to try to silence Whoopi like you-know-who does.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

He is a mouthy opportunist that has a dismal legislative record for his ridiculous proposals that have absolutely no chance of passage. His stance on tariffs and trade agreements are exactly like those enacted by Trump with devastating results for our economy. I have never supported that two bit commie lover who has saved his praise for the blood thirsty regimes of some of the worst people to have ever been born. I have to cringe when he praised Castro for his literacy program while ignoring that our nation has a literacy near totality when we have a diverse population of thousands of emigrants. Our schools devote enormous effort with amazing success in making millions literate.

I just have to add F that pseudo-Democrat phony. I will save my support and dollars for real Democrats who are loyal party members 24/7 rather than demagogues.

For most politicians, though, it is actually standard operating procedure. Only Sanders seems to think the normal thing to do once voters have made clear they don’t want to nominate you is to continue campaigning anyway."

That is about all he is angling for. He doesn't want himself, or the public, to be reminded how badly he is being beaten, how thoroughly he is being rejected by the Democratic primary electorate.

That is hard on a man who just knows he is the man of people want, whether they know it or not....

I did not understand any point he was trying to make. I was glad Whoopi brought up how he did Hillary and some of his fans but he did not want to answer that. I am all for the democracy, but his half answer made no sense. He needs to stay where he is and stop using the D whenever he wants to run.I think his pride is what is keeping him in the race, when it is only making many think of what he did to Hillary when he did not surrender and concede.

....bashed him all over, "he'd better get his act together", blah blah blah.

Turns out even after Sanders has held dozens of remote appearances, ABC had to cut away because it was so screwed up.

Then, when it came back about 15 minutes later, he started in on the relief package, "we gave the people this", "we expanded unemployment insurance", etc. etc. Taking credit for a bill that he had nothing to do with except a few moments on the Senate floor to vote and head back to Vermont.

SCHUMER gave the people all that was in the bill, PELOSI/HOYER gave the people all that was in the bill. In fact, even when it was being negotiated he was bashing it from home.

...in the same generation. He's six years older than me and we lived about 2 miles apart.

The one thing my parents taught us is that one of the rudest things is pointing. Period. As you say, I'm surprised he still has that finger. If he grew up on my block someone would have snapped it off before he reached his teens.

Plus, he hasn't lived in Brooklyn for almost 60 years, why does he still have that horrible accent. I lived in the NYC until I was forty, I have NO touch of an accent (except my wife tells me lapse into it when I have a drink!)
