After all there is overwhelming evidence that the Senate Republicans should have impeached Trump but they refused to do so because to them appointing more conservative justices to the courts was and is more important than the nation or the American people.

Makes shenanigans at the ballot box far less likely, extends the coattails for our down-ballot candidates and fully repudiates Trump and his enablers. I won't win any friends by pointing that out, but that won't prevent me from pointing it out.

Trump has low upside but also a huge base of unwavering support. There will continue to be polls proposing big leads. None of them mean anything. Once it is election day and the returns are coming in then it will be obvious how stupid those polls were all along. I was saying the same thing in Florida 2018 regarding all those knuckleheaded polls giving Gillum and Nelson a big edge.
