Did anyone feel that Tulsi Gabbard was sorely missed in tonight's debate?

Last edited Mon Mar 16, 2020, 04:08 AM - Edit history (1)

Did anyone wish that she could participate and add her voice to the chorus? Would tonight have been a better event had she been involved?

I personally feel that we were much better served by finally having a one-on-one contest between the two people who actually have a shot at winning. Tulsi has had repeated chances to break through and yet she is still in the low single digits. I also did not see any advantage to having her come on stage, in a Democratic debate, and launch mean-spirited personal attacks against our party's last nominee, who has served our country so honorably over the years.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I feel like it takes away from the drama of the moment.

Anyway, I wasn't exactly being sarcastic. I was making a point about Tulsi's complaint. She said, essentially, that her absence left the debate incomplete. I felt that tonight showed the race finally coming down to the two candidates who have dominated in the polls all along and were finally the only remaining people on the debate stage.

Tulsi's presence would have been an intrusion and it would have diminished the quality of the debate IMO.

It was to let people like you point out why it is ridiculous to suggest that there was something unfair about Tulsi not being invited to the debate.

And I am definitely not a Gabbard supporter. I was for Mayor Pete and now I am for Biden.

Tulsi still at 1% in DU poll.
Tulsi still has 2 delegates, which means she is only 1,989 delegates from securing the nomination.

Go, go, Tulsi. Seriously, go away.
