I want Bernie to stay in the race for now; here is why.

I want Joe to get on that stage Sunday night, just him and Bernie and show the world that he can handle it. I want him to put to rest,
once and for all, the meme that he is losing it.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I doubt that Sunday’s debate will put anything to rest.

With just two people on the stage, it is different. He can't hide in the background. He will show that he can follow the train of the discussion and engage Bernie.

It will help us to better unite as well. Joe is the most progressive nominee we will have ever had in many regards, but he's still reasonable and very honest. He knows what can be accomplished.

Then we'll see who's losing it. Or, who's lost it. And it won't be Biden.

Problem is, Trump's base doesn't care if he's lost it. Just so he brings in evangelistic judges.

Even though most had dropped out and endorsed, the early voting (particularly in Washington) had significant votes for other candidates in the mix. The next ones, especially FL, will be a representative breakout of the voters sentiment.

After a debate and clear voting patterns, Joe should be the obvious nominee and Bernie can bow out gracefully.

Two (or 3?) free hours on national TV. No crowd. No whooping and hollering and jeering.

This is good for Biden.

who was also memed as an 'old demented fool' - yet used his charm/wit to disarm anyone in a debate, just like Joe does.

Joe is older and has memory lapses - why he needs to rest well and focus on quality over quantity - like Reagan used to.

Don't get baited into doing too much. Voters don't care about rallies and running all over the place as pundits would have us believe. Biden crushed it on Super Tuesday without rallies/ground game/ads in most of those states.

primary today, I would vote for:
