This is very encouraging news for the Biden campaign

Hillary won the vote there in 2016. Bernie won the caucus - which is what they counted.

I really thought he'd have a better lead there than he's been exhibiting thus far.

This primary has been striking if for no other reason for its shakeups. I've been off on most every race from what I expected a few weeks ago.
