The Predicament for Many Parents Now-Teach Your Children Well

I bet there are a whole lot of us that will be dealing with the disappointment from our Bernie Bros

My son and I have good-natured, high quality, issue-oreinted "discussions" about the Democratic race-they can end with exasperation from both sides. He's idealistic and I've lived through too many Democratic disasters not to be more practical.

How do we keep them engaged and re-emphasize the incredible importance of this election on THEIR FUTURE

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

from a lot of people whose bottom line is the necessity to beat Trump, and to elect more D's to Congress, so that our common goals can be accomplished. And I can remind him that Biden wasn't among my top choices, either, so I understand -- but he's light years better than Trump. And I promise to continue to push the Democratic party on climate change and other issues that are critical for the future of young people and our planet.
