The VP nominee should be either Cory Booker or Stacey Abrams

Since the Presidential nominee is going to be white, there needs to be a person of color on the ticket to motivate minority voters.

If the nominee is Warren or Klobuchar the VP should be Booker.

If it is Sander, Biden or Buttigieg, then is needs to be Abrams.

Thoughts?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Personally I think Harris would complement Bernie Sanders well

and they are a much larger voting block.

And Abrams coming from Georgia, a red state, might put that state in play rather than Harris who comes from a solid blue state.

You did not specify African American voters only. And if you are so concerned about wanting a VP to flip a red state, rather than choosing one from a Blue state, than why did you push Booker? You can have your favorites and reasons for them, I'm just telling you why your OP resulted in my reply.

support of Bloomberg, comparing him spending his vast personal fortune on his election campaign (hundreds of millions of dollars) to having your dog on the campaign trail or having personal charisma.

People in her voting rights group also quickly went back and deleted twitter messages speaking out against Bloomberg and his stop and frisk policies. Seems like they're being silenced.

All after Bloomberg donated $5 million dollars to Abrams.

still in the race. Think about what was said during the debates last night. All five candidates except for Sanders raised their hand to the question about the contested convention. They're all game to make a deal.

People keep saying how Klobuchar, Warren and Buttigieg are going to have to drop out at some point because the moderate lane is too crowded. I don't think so. What motivation would they possibly have to do so? They've all got delegates. Right now they've got great bargaining power. If they stay in, the moderate lane stays crowded and Sanders is probably going to go into the convention with the most delegates.

The best strategy for Warren, Klobuchar and Buttigieg (if they don't get the lead outright) is to stay in and use their bargaining power to get someone to put them on their ticket as VP. Some of the other names mentioned (candidates who've already dropped out) are all good VP choices in general. But none of them are going to clear up the overcrowded moderate lane issue.
