“Communism forgets that life is individual. Capitalism forgets that life is social, and the kingdom of brotherhood is found neither in the thesis of communism nor the antithesis of capitalism but in a higher synthesis. It is found in a higher synthesis that combines the truths of both.”

“Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”

― Frederick Douglass

It's easy today for the powers that be; to give lip service to MLK's fight against racism, while ignoring that social malady's other essential siblings of the "triplets;" "materialism and militarism" thus their ironclad grip on the economic, and political aspects of our society is never directly threatened and Martin's dream will only remain a dream.

The less than 1% and mega-corporations are literally most afraid of a united America across all racial lines, that could threaten their ironclad domination of "We the People" and end autocratic corporate supremacy.
