At least according to this Vox article:

About 12 percent of Bernie Sanders supporters from the Democratic primary crossed party lines and voted for Donald Trump in the general election, a new analysis says.

In several key states — Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan — the number of Sanders to Trump defectors were greater than Trump’s margin of victory, according to new numbers released Wednesday by UMass professor Brian Schaffner.

Roger Stone, and the “now it is his time in the barrel” comment.

Stone and one of his associates, Jerome Corsi, appear to have conducted communications with WikiLeaks and the “Guccifer 2.0” cutout, and Stone had contact with at least one Russian national offering dirt on Hillary Clinton. Most famously, Stone predicted in August of 2016 that something momentous involving Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta—his “time in the barrel”—was about to break, two months before Wikileaks distributed hacked emails of Podesta’s.

Haven't from the start. But haters have to hate and Joe Biden's experience, qualifications and proven durability make him a huge target. The electability factor falls into it, too. The pundits, talking heads and supporters of other candidates have tried their best to downplay the perception that Biden has carried throughout this campaign: that he's the best candidate to beat Trump in November. That sense, picked up by the electorate, has just infuriated a lot of people. The numerous Biden obituaries written over the last year is clear evidence of that frustration.

This has never been a slam-dunk for Biden and things can still happen. But Biden entered with a distinct advantage as the former Veep to an extraordinarily popular President, a long, accomplished career in public service and the sense of trust voters have in the man. People feel they know the heart of the man and that's important after living inside a cyclone for the last 3+ years.

We shall see. We know that Trump hates/fears Joe Biden and Putin doesn't like him either But I've always believed this was Biden's nomination to lose. And that factor can be daunting to political opponents and their campaigns, so the attempted tear downs and cherry-picked complaints were inevitable. The media has had Joe Biden on life-support throughout most of the year. Not sure what's that about either though I do know that the constant, withering critiques of Hillary Clinton injured her in 2016, made the GOP's disinformation campaign all the more easy.

We will know shortly how successful the vitriol and venting of spleen turns out to be.

Because in politics, things can always turn on a dime.

Btw, I believe Warren in the recent dispute. Must have missed the actual poll.

I could go on and on about THEN and the things NOW, but I wont, for obvious reasons.

I also LOVE the guy and think of him as an every-man, DECENT with his heart in the right place, always. Often does or says things we wish he wouldnt, but we KNOW if we were up against it, he would BE THERE!

When the election is over, I will tell someone here all about all of my issues...hint at one from a long time ago:

Who can turn a question into a 5 minute speech ? But they all do that, dont they.
