Said she, who may never be able to forgive or forget how long he held off getting behind her til the last night of the convention, LONG after she’d clinched it by anybody’s calculations.

If he isn’t the nominee, I desperately hope he won’t do the same thing again, to he or she who is.

And that said, I’ve already stated on the record that I WILL vote for him if he winds up as our nominee. And I know my local Indivisibles will work for his victory over trump, and I’ll likely join them in that.

In fact maybe "we" should stop alienating the very people who we need to vote.
Not-coddling and not-validating and not-hugging isn't the same as alienating. Voters who need constant validation probably aren't going to vote anyway. Why would I waste my time trying to be "un-alienating" to folks who are more interested in their own feelings than they are in doing the right thing for the good our our nation and for the benefit of the most vulnerable among us? Instead, if spending an hour trying to flatter and placate someone who may or may not vote... I could spend that same hour getting a dozen new voters and getting people excited about the Democratic party.

I guess it doesn't apply to Biden people, only the "others."

Quote: That is a bad reply...no one should need to hold their nose in order to cast a vote in an effort to
kick Trump out of office...all of our Democratic candidates are eons better than Trump...I saw 'hold your now posts' on all sorts of media last time and I truly believe such comments hurt general election efforts. It dampens enthusiasm and is used by the right wing too.

I will vote for our nominee, I will not work for him the way I would for any of the other candidates. Sorry, I know it is all over the internet, but I am not all over the internet, I have used that term for a lot of years. There have been other candidates I have felt that way about.

I am very angry with BS, and I am angry with some of his followers who keep saying they will not vote if it isn't BS. I will ALWAYS vote, and ALWAYS vote for a Democrat, but I have problems seeing BS as a Democrat since as soon as he loses the nomination changes his party back to I.

I would not put a bumper sticker on for a couple of candidates, but instead would put on an anti-Trump one. Keep your eye on the prize. The prize isn't who the Dems pick, but for getting Trump out of office!!. I'm voting straight D regardless. Always do always will.

Irrelevant, Biden is going to be the candidate. (book it) It will be Biden and a minority woman and will win. The eventual question will be who will win in 24 when Biden is not on the ticket. Hopefully Pete doesn't go away.

Dec 2019

finish line is abhorrent to my spirit. While I may not be a Christian, my purpose is to live according to the Word of God and His blessed son Jesus Christ. The second of God's greatest commandments is to love thy neighbor as thyself. It is for the love of my neighbor that I will vote a straight Democratic (BLUE) ticket.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

40. I see what you're doing with your series of trick-Q OPs. What sort of answers are you looking for?

In particular, what do you imagine any Biden supporter will say? As far as I can tell, we Biden supporters are all well past the stage where we think any single candidate is God's Answer to All Our Problems.

Joe Biden is a little older than I'd like, but anyone who's clinging to either Warren or Sanders really should not be talking about Biden's age.

Joe's a good man with a proven liberal record. Lib-er-al. He has not adopted the latest buzzwords, but he's been a liberal his whole life. Likeable? He melts my heart with his sincerity. On target? His opening campaign video with the Charlottesville Nazis made me cry. Godlke and without flaws? Uh -- no.

But look at our field of candidates. With the exception of Tulsi "The Mole" Gabbard, every single one believes in and acts on core Democratic principles. We'd all have to be really, really, really stupid to sit this one out or vote for someone like Jill Stein. I don't think Biden supporters are that stupid.

Does that answer your question?

So I would have no issue supporting her after she became the presumptive nominee.

It does not exist. We “ centrists” don’t do that. Neither does the far right. That’s how Republicans win. That’s why bernies dreams will never see the light of day. The courts will be packed with conservatives even is he won.
