Except now he may, I emphasize may, spend a few minutes in NYC "doing his job," something he is loathe to do and not very capable of doing.
He violates daily one of the cardinal rules for electeds.
He believes his own press.

If anything he weakens our party in New York.

As far as I could tell no one was interested in him and many saw it as a kind of bad joke.

He won 3 City Council races and 2 Mayor races in NYC....he has won there a few times.

My 62 years of experience tells me that hardly anyone outside of NYC gives a damn about any of their mayors, inspite of the huge population they briefly preside over.
