I believe Beto O'Rourke is the future of our party. I love his keen insights, forthrightness and humanity. He seems to be a long shot for the Presidency this time, but there will be many more chances for him in the future.

Great combination. Reminds me of Joe. Hubby thinks he comes off as statesmanlike. I foresee a presidency in his future if he plays his card right.

If Beto doesn't win it this time around and Joe does, may Joe offer him a place in the Biden administration so he can continue to speak truth to power.

He qualified a number of weeks ago (before the El Paso tragedy) for debates three and four. And he has repeatedly shut down talk of dropping out. There are some on the right and left who probably would like him to drop out but if one learns his background, it is obvious that he is not a quitter. I think he has an important voice on the national stage.
