Congratulations to our presumptive Democratic nominee, Joe Biden!
2020 Democrats raised $3.8 million in Florida. Joe Biden raised more than half of it
https://www.miamiherald.com/news/politics-government/national-politics/article232694547.htmlJoe Biden didnt win the first presidential debate in Florida but he did crush the 2020 Democratic field in one crucial campaign metric Florida fundraising.
Biden raked in $2.09 million from donors with Florida addresses during the latest fundraising quarter, according to a Miami Herald analysis of federal campaign records. His haul represents 53 percent of the $3.8 million raised by 20 high-profile Democratic candidates around the state of Florida in April, May and June.
South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg was a distant second with just over $748,000 raised in Florida, though he raised over $500,000 more than Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who came in third with just over $210,000 raised.
Montana Gov. Steve Bullock who didnt qualify for last months debates in Miami after entering the race in May because he didnt meet polling or fundraising thresholds set by the Democratic Party California Sen. Kamala Harris and Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren all raised more than $100,000 from Floridians in April, May and June.

both saw their Florida donations drop this quarter.

doing so well there, in fundraising.

great discussion on Nicole Wallace today she asked the Democratic pundits on her show why it is that they dis Biden all the time but when she talks to people she knows, man on the street, they all love and want Biden to be the nominee.
Sort of nailed it for me. Watch TV and Biden is a loser (according to dems!) but my friends love and want him.
Glad to see he's doing so well.

Oh wait, thats polls.
Eventually, if he looks like leader, collects votes like the leader, and collects donations like the leader folks are gonna have to concede that Biden is in the lead.
