Here's a charming recount of Cenk pretty much admitting to being a rapey guy who has, you know, raped.

8. I am confused by this logic.

Establishment attacks against Sanders hurts Warren with progressives as it makes them want to jump to Bernie's defense, making it appear he is the one the powerful actually fear. Don't get it.

I only want to jump to people's defense when attacks against them are false. In that thread the things said about Warren are:

She copied Bernie's policies, riding on his coattails
She's not for Medicare-for-all, therefore not a progressive
Was a Republican and therefore still one
Said she's a capitalist to her bones: not a progressive
Has not come out to defend Bernie/didn't endorse him last time: not a progressive
Is for American imperialism (only a matter of time until this turns into the old war horse "warmonger" )
Said she will take PAC money in the general and therefore for sale
Will be just like the corporatist Obama and in the pocket of banks and oligarchs
Like Obama she will be a centrist as president: not a progressive

Evidently, those attacks are okay!

What is all this talk of fear and being terrified? Are the oligarchy/establishment/1%/our billionaire corporate overlords a bunch of scaredy cats with low self-confidence who jump at every shadow? Doesn't sound very powerful to me.

Who is the candidate fundraising by trying to scare people about "Wall Street Democrats" and the "establishment" with things like:

"The political, financial, and media elite of this country will stop at nothing to defeat us. You know that. ... Our agenda terrifies the political and financial establishment of this country. ... Make a $3 donation to our campaign to help us fight back and send a message that we will NOT let the political and financial elite of this country buy the election and scare candidates from supporting a progressive agenda."
