That's the problem with counterintelligence. If you don't trust the public to have access to intel, they can't really join in to help protect themselves.
It's as if this is done to Americans, as if that's preferable to doing it with Americans.
Those most affected -- 327.2 million people -- should always have a say and open opportunity to join in protecting and defending the Constitution and their constitutional rights against a hostile foreign entity.
Access to these 45 ideas is the way to UNIFY this country in order to repel Russian divisiveness.
Anyway, I'll be on the lookout for the 45 ideas. We could use them.
