Anybody know why I got a GRAY SCREEN Image in 'Video' on the Front Page Today?

I posted a YouTube Video as usual but saw it came through as GRAY on the Front Page. I even switched it with a color Photo which is still showing gray. This has never happened before and I've posted many Videos in 'Video/MMM'. The Video was not a 'bootleg' btw. Thanks. (I just wrote the Admins. asking about this).

Sometimes that effort fails for one reason or another. The gray image is the default when the thumbnail isn't present.
