Curious that he says this now, just when Ms Clinton is trying to become the "third black president".

Before this campaign is over, he will have admitted that his entire presidential term was an unmitigated disaster.

Which is something a lot of us have thought for quite a while. Not as bad as Bush II, but way worse than Obama.
