In GD today, there is an article about how the H-1B visas are just taking the jobs, they don't have any "specialized knowledge" that is unavailable here. But I knew that. Worked in IT my whole life. Anyway, which candidate wants to increase the number of H-1B's?

We are mourning the deaths in Orlando. Horrific. But we gloss over the deaths we directly cause overseas.

I realized I can't stay here and even read OP headlines defending and even fucking praising things we should be denouncing as right-wing.

DU is not "Democratic" any more, the "Democratic" is just a meaningless brand or buzz word here.

It is not the gloating nastiness of her supporters; that is easily ignored; it is the issues. Cannot align myself with a Third Way neo-con neo-liberal. Will not. No ridiculously perky or authoritarian screed can change that. Not even, as I have said elsewhere, a tag-team of the most persuasive Jesuit debaters could sway me.

2. I know just how you feel.. I feel that are really just the Moderate republicans of a few years ago.

They are to the right of the liberal Republicans like the Rockefellers. I am at JPR most of the time. The new system (couple of weeks) will have the look and feel of this.
