(34,105 posts)he is covered no matter what he says right? Maybe there are still things that can happen to him? If the government gives him immunity and he still does not spill then he is obviously afraid of someone else.
I only half way watch this, I am interested in other things as well and have not spent the time on the details of all of this. Is this the FBI? Were they the people who gave him immunity or was that another group?
I find it very odd. Will wait to learn more.

(592 posts)he has already spoken to the FBI. I think this is a move to keep testimony private for as long as possible. Could there be a reason for that? I think so.
on another site, we have been discussing this and one of the attorneys there mentioned that it could have been a part of the Immunity deal made with the FBI as well. In any case, any employee of Sec Clinton's pleading the fifth is seriously bad for her. The damning IG report was the beginning. I think we are seeing this coming to a head with the FBI, several of the articles I have read over the last week suggest that could be the case.
