33. Delaware was forced into installing central tabulators running GEM$ software used to count the vote.
The "force" came from Congress funding central voter registration ES&S software that integrates with GEM$ with a requirement that this integrated software system be ready for the 2016 election cycle.
See my post: http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1016&pid=156041
BTW, the vote totals AP was reporting was from a direct feed from this integrated voting system software.

this is just like delaware, these numbers are coming from the central tabulator...if there was a pre determined result programmed into counting software, votes would go backwards if necessary

(36,988 posts)At one point, Pike County actually had all of their data wiped away and cleared out to represent all zeroes in the vote totals. Upon returning, 20 percent of the total votes were missing and Clintons numbers were pushed up over Bernie Sanders.
WKYT reported that the AP had actually erased all votes from Pike County and those numbers pushed Clinton back up by over 4,000. The Pike County Clerks Office said that there was an issue with one of their card readers, and it ended up causing them to have a delay on their numbers.
Social media is losing their collective minds with this situation, and Pike County, Kentucky is said to be demanding a recount.

(3,544 posts)I also witnessed the fluctuation of votes throughout the night. +5K, +500, -2.5k, +2.5k, and finally he loses. I complained at the time. This election is big time questionable. And why was it sooooo long to count? 3 hours? Most are done in 1-30 minutes. Very suspicious.
Let's face the truth,,,, it was fixed,,,,, or certainly appears to be fixed.
Our whole election process is fucked and need serious review.

(41,600 posts)Listen NOW? How many states with election fraud does he think are enough before it requires FBI INVESTIGATIONS? I'm just curious. How many disenfranchised people are enough?
