The next several weeks will likely be insufferable here on DU.

Some things I will be doing, and why:

I will not comment or recommend any post that is not related to the primary, no matter how much I want to. My reason is we need to focus on this primary. Any thread unrelated is a distraction, and they will be throwing up plenty of distractions.

I will not be shying away from sensitive topics (read inconvenient truths), just to appease the sensitivities of the Hillarians. She's made their bed, they can lie in it if they want to.

I will not respond to the Bernie supporters attempts to divert discussion to him continuing his candidacy outside the party- except as necessary to clarify my position (which is that it is an unnecessary distraction, and that Bernie has already stated he will not do this).

I will continue to remind people that this is a primary, and we have several contests to win yet, including one tomorrow in West Virginia. If people want to truly be helpful, time is better spent phone-banking for Bernie. 20-minute online classes are going on daily, please help by going here: https://go.berniesanders.com/page/content/phonebank

Finally, due to the absolutely hateful turn this primary has taken, especially with those suffering from cognitive dissonance, and/or among those who are just not informed on real-world issues, I will not be taking anyone off ignore, so unless DU does it automatically for us, a divided camp is what I see ongoing. Fine by me. I will only continue to add to my ignore list ongoing, as I simply cannot abide those people who likely couldn't pass a high school government or civics exam. I have spent months upon months trying to educate them, to no avail. They are, literally, time-wasters.

There are probably many more things I could add to this list, but for now these are the main ones. Please, if you can, take 20 mins to take that online class, and make some phone calls! You can do it from home! We NEED every last vote, and we need to reach every last voter. West Virginia, Oregon, and California await...

I put another one on ignore when he/she got into a pissing contest with you on an earlier thread. I also agree about taking long walks...it's good for me and my dog.
